Mesan lewat tiket.com, review nya disana bagus jadi saya pilih penginapan ini. Saat datang langsung dibantu resepsionis untuk check in, namun sayangnya KTP disini ditahan. Menurut saya lebih baik bayar uang jaminan dibandingkan KTP ditahan, karena saya pendatang dan KTP termasuk dokumen penting bagi pelancong. Saya dapat kamar di lantai 3, staff sangat baik karena membantu mengangkat barang ke atas. Saya pesan 3 kamar untuk ber 6 dan 1 anak kecil. Ukuran kamar beragam, namun kamar bersih, disediakan handuk juga, TV dan internet juga tersedia. Sayangnya kamar saya sepertinya bekas pengunjung yang merokok jadi masih pekat bau asap rokok. Pemandangan dari balkon lantai 3 ada 2 jenis, di balkon belakang ada pemandangan gunung dan tebing, di balkon depan jika siang hari bisa melihat langsung ke laut. Pelayanan sangat ramah dan membantu. Minusnya lokasi parkiran sempit. Saat saya pulang malam sekitar pukul 11-12 parkiran sudah penuh, ada beberapa motor parkir serampangan, saya sampaikan ke penjaga minta tolong motor dipindahkan namun tidak digubris, penjaga malam tidak merespon dan sibuk main game. Akhirnya kami paksakan parkiran ditempat tersisa, sayangnya keesokannya mobil saya ada lecet. Saya saya apresiasi pelayanan resepsionis dan staff secara keseluruhan, hanya saja penjaga malamnya...

Had a great time during my stay. They treated me like family. The manager knows the best spots of manado and can give you great recommendations on what to do and where to go. The staff was so friendly and easygoing. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy. Hope to...
