VICTORIA INN — Hotel in Manado

Wifi's good, toilet & bathroom is perfect—it is spacious and the warm water feels nice, room is clean, got comfy bed, also they have friendly staffs. Almost perfect.

But there are some other things that needs to be (urgently) improved, like the TV; it is super confusing how to control the TV, has read the instruction but too bad it doesnt work, and then the air con; I went to literally 17° but it's not cold at all, there is definitely something wrong with the AC

The worst and most upsetting part of staying here is going to sleep with a stiff blanket. That was my first time seeing blanket like that, I couldn't even call it a blanket (it did not live up to the name). It's got a very stiff fabric but at the same time feels kind of thin. I suppose this is why the aircon is not cold, to give the blanket a purpose.

Please provide your customer with decent blanket. Take care of your room first before your pool, that's a secondary facility, you might want to reconsider your priority. That will definitely makes your price...

Intended to book a room for the following night, but accidentally had the date set for tonight and only noticed it right after I clicked the pay button. Immediately put in a request through the website to change the date to the next night. After I didn't get a reply for a few hours, I called them to check and they said they could not change the reservation because it was now 6:10pm and the cutoff to change was 6pm. ||Despite showing them proof from their email system that the request was made hours early, they still refused to change the date. While this might not ever happen to you, this is the kind of service you can expect...
