Chilled out surroundings, friendly service, and located within the Pulisan designated special economic area / green district (which may not stay that way forever, so it’s a chance to see it as it is now). Also a decent base to see tangkoko as it’s only about 1 hour away~

Activities are by request and based on whatever you want to do, but a short eco walk, birdwatching, and snorkeling at nearby Batu Mandi were available when I went. The left side house reef is still quite healthy (though I worry about the plastic drifting in, but this is an island-wide issue). Other resorts bring their guests here to snorkel once in a while which speaks to how solid it is.

Finally shoutout toki, mike, chef and whole team — the sambal, grilled fish and Tempe during meal times was a special stand out for me. and the home made ginger tea. delicious!
