We stayed here in March 2023. We had a suite which was over two floors. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was outside, therefore if you’re staying here be prepared to share your space with a few creatures. There are also quite a few roosters running around the hotel. This was not a problem to us, however to those that may get bothered by noise, you may want to consider this as roosters can be very vocal.||Things I think the room could benefit from would be a safe, a fridge and power sockets on the ground floor (there was one in the bathroom though which was on the ground floor).||The menu in the restaurant was quite limited, but if you don’t fancy going out to a restaurant, I’m sure you’d find something suitable to eat. The food was good and well-priced. From the restaurant you can see the kitchen and watch the staff as they prepare your meal. If you like a little tipple in the evening, be warned, I could only see beer on the menu and there wasn’t any wine available.||The staff were exceptional. I cannot fault them. Kadek was incredibly helpful. When we told him what we’d like to do on our days out, he organised everything for us. His brother, Manaday (apologies for the dodgy spelling of names) became our driver for four days and took us everywhere we wanted to go and guided us around. Kadek and his brother are the most accommodating hotel staff we have ever come across. Everything they organised for us was amazing and incredibly priced.||If you love nature, this hotel is located in a perfect place. Surrounded by trees and vegetation, it’s a sight to see. The drive from the harbour was approx. 20 minutes up hill. The roads on Nusa Penida are (on the whole) awful, therefore having a driver was a god send for us.||All in all, this was a magical retreat and we would...

Read moreJust want to say many thanks to Agus and Wayan for their hospitality, sincere pleasure to have us as guests in the hotel and for responsiveness for each our wish. They do all their best to make us happy and calm during our accommodation. The Bila Penida resort and farm was not only a hotel, it was almost a real home with the super fresh and tasty food and with the juice made from the fruits which just taken from the tree. It is very beautiful, super cosy place and clean, because the staff really love the place where they work. What has to be highlighted: the road to the hotel 5+ (destination of the hotel is very comfortable, we do not worry about how we will reach the hotel at night. The road to the hotel is perfect of compare with the other hotel where we were in Nusa Penida); The hotel is new. We enjoyed to use clean and white towels and to sleep on the white and clean bedlinen. It may sound strange, but even on exorcise villas we have had towels with stain; Perfect view to the garden and very big and clean swimming pool; nice and cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed to sit in the common area listening the music :) Spa place is awesome, it is in the tree house!! Territory of the hotel is like a paradise.. What has to be improved: we did not have refrigerator in the room; (may be for someone it is important) there is no hair drier in the room; I suppose it is just cos the hotel has opened right before pandemic and these thing were not purchased. Wi-fi signal in the rooms which are far away from the restaurant is quite weak. Separately I would like to mention about Kiki :))) it is a super kind and cheerful dog who met us every time with...
