Ramp Cottage — Hotel in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

We were very angry and unhappy our first night here, we arrived at 10 pm , they tell us as we arrive they have no rooms left for us to stay and made us stay in the villa next to this one, we had no option but to go. The room they put us in, there was a power cut, no one around to help us so NO AC, NO light either and no way to charge our phones. There was a big hole in the room and the whole room smelt really damp and had a terrible old smell the beddings weren’t clean /damp and had stains everywhere. We had no choice but to sleep here because the room we paid for was not available and was going through “repairing”. Couldn’t sleep at all had the worst night. After the trip I called Trip.com and they tried to talk with the hotel owners to see if I can get a refund because they put me in a horrible room with no basic needs provided which was not the room we paid for and the owners refused twice believing they did nothing wrong. Room 4/5: a bit old but it's fine as we were outside whole day, if you need a place for a proper sleep, shower, rest... yes it is Location 5/5: right in the middle of the island, easy to reach all the tourist spots. Super like this location as it offers you a perfect mountain view and also there are eating shops, convenience stores surrounded Service: all of them were helpful and kind. Whatever you need they will do their best to help you: scooter, ferry ticket, taxi... plus they give you simple but delicious breakfast

This cottage located in the middle of the island and it is very easy access all the attractions. The cottages are very cozy and comfortable. I stayed 3days with my husband and my experience was amazing. The owner family is very supportive and humble. You can arrange scooter or taxi with them. You will get the best breakfast from them.
