Luwansa Hotel Palangka Raya — Hotel in Palangka Raya

When I book this hotel online what I had in mind is JS Luwansa Hotel in Jakarta, since they are from the same group. That’s the first mistake I made.

I found this hotel is rather old and badly needs refurbished. The setting is like a public housing where the front door is facing each other. Not necessarily bad but different.

That being said, the room itself is quite spacious but again the vibe is a bit spooky, especially when the air conditioning made a lot of noises in the middle of the night. I had to turned it off to get rid of the noise.

This is truely honest views about your hotel room and morning breakfast. Your breakfast is the same you have for your guest. I stayed 3 days no difference. Nasi goreng, Nasi Putih, sausage , Poridge and egg's, just imajine everyday for 3 days eating the same thing...OMG. Your room, the towel not clean some has stains how could you imajine that. I stayed here with my wife back in March 2019. I stayed in suite on top floor. This is my second time to Palangkaraya. It was a nice sized room with a king sized bed. I had friends over and there was plenty of room. The food at the restaurant was good, I ate dinner and breakfast there. The people working in restaurant had limited English skills but with my basic Bahasa, I was fine. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
