you guys need your general cleaning when you have low occupancy, i don't know for how long your water sprinkler in your room was not cleaning , its not good for your health especially when you stay with your babies , its full of dust , your lobby so much debris you can check on the floor and under the table also under the couch. coaster in your room has coffee stain, for tissue in the room and bathroom im speechless 😂..the swimming pool?? i dont know when the last you do water treatment.. but .. you have 2 advantages.. 1 .the food was really good salute for your chef for ala carte the fb staff who serve me and my family have a good hospitality and courteous, 2. location.

guys you need to improve your hospitality, cleanliness, and guest supplies ( tissue and too th brush... like really only 1 for every room?..no bath soap only shampoo)

so far what I know , guest amenities and supplies are include on your room cost . please let guests get what they...

Pertama kali nginap disini. Utk kamar pas dipesan di aplikasi ada opsi twin bed sama double, udh pilih double tp pas di resepsionis dblg kalau utk kasur itu harganya beda. Jd tetap dkasih yg twin. Padahal kalau beda kan jgn dbkin opsi gitu donk di aplikasi. Trus pas minta disatuin aja kasurnya, lah pas masuk kamar g disatuin donk. Jd dorong sendiri ajah deh. Peralatan sanitary yg ada cuma sikat gigi 1 sama shampoo. Pas minta tambahan sikat gigi lama bgt dtgnya, ampe 2x tlp resepsionis baru diantar. Pas besok org hk bersihin kamar dan minta dkasurnya disatuin baru deh jd satu alas kasurnya. Plusnya kamarnya lumayan kedap, jd suara penghuni kiri kanan g dengar. Paling suara org nyanyi dr riau garden ajah krna lokasinya emang disebelah riau garden. Ada kolam renang sama gym jg, tp g nyobain sih. Heee. Oiya ada hair dryer jg. Kaget jg dgn harga kamar segitu bisa dpt hair dryer. Dan ada pemasak air jg dikamarnya. Mau kemana2 jg dekat. Ke riau garden bisa jalan kaki doank. Tempat ngopi jg banyak disekitaran, malah starbucks masih satu kawasan dgn hotelnya. Mau pesan makan online jg pilihannya banyak bgt ampe bingung mau beli apa. Menu sarapan 2 hari menginap dsni beda2 kok. Rasa okelah. Walaupun variasi g banyak tp dgn rate harga hotel yg segitu udh cukup. Emang perut segede ada coba. Ada nasi, mie, sama lauk protein dan sayur. Trus ada lontong sama soto. Roti2an ada dan ada kue2 manis lengkap sama pastry jg. Buah salad puding dan jus jelas ada. Tekstur roti unyil dan bolennya mantap. Rasa sambal nya jg enak loh. Bisa pesan telur jg kalau mau. Dan ada kopi teh jg tentunya. So far nyaman kok nginap dsni. Makanan jg lumayan. Paling pelayanannya aja ditingkatkan biar tim hk nya agak...
