Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden — Hotel in Pekanbaru

One Of the worse hotel I have ever been.

1.The staff was useless for not even try to help anything. The water was yellow and smelly The place Is already looks like it can collapse at anytime The price was include expensive The bed was dirty as hell There's a leak in the bathroom I forgot my phone charged the fay before and the next day I come it's already gone then when I ask the staff they said it wasn't there, I already knew they took it and steal it for them self, that's how pathetic this hotel was. And don't started me on this one, they don't even know what would they do with the key that cannot operated well, and I have been waiting outside my room for 1 hour, just please look for a better place trust me

Little advice for me, go look for other hotel in the city near Mall Pekanbaru it's better and have a better service. This is one of my biggest regret for choosing this hotel....

I came to this hotel because I saw most of the reviews were not bad. Everything changed when i first stepped on the building. The hotel was soooooooo old. The reception gave us the furthest room he can get. The room was dusty, old, cold, no window, right off the horror movies. We asked for another room available. He then gave us another room with large windows. Better. The wifi only works in the main lobby. There are many rooms but almost all of them are empty. Breakfast? The only good thing was thea. That's it. But this was a cheap stay so what can i say. The good thing was the staffs were very helpful. Definitely never going...
