It is the fourth times i stay in this hotel. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for me. I like their pool. Size of the room is quite big and the hotel also bit quiet. The only thing i complaint is for their hospitality and cleanliness. Unfriendly and also not helpful staffs.
First time i stayed here, I asked for double bed but they give twin bed which they made it into one. In the morning when i have breakfast i asked for warm water and the staff said “you could take it there” Wow, i feel so amaze to get this kind of hospitality. I saw also some plates or glasses not too clean. You can see some spots either in glasses or plates.
Second time I stayed here. They give me key which the key still have bags of other guest in the room. Can u imagine when we go inside and see all the bags. Lucky no guest inside at the time we came. I was wondering how it would be if we open the door and the guest still do something inside. So we change the key and still very long time to get another key and have to wait for an hour. On the day i was gonna check out i was asking for hair dryer. After waiting 30 minutes and no one come then i call back the reception and said that still on process. Wow, it is only to get hair dryer!! So we wait again then after we wait for another 15 minutes and still no one come. We decide to go and when we were at the reception no one say apologize or ask do we get the hair dryer or not.

Fourth time i stay here i found out in the morning that my bed cover seem like haven’t change. It was really gross. See some dried bloods and lipstick at the white sheet. I talked about this to the housekeeping staff when he clean my room.
And after breakfast i went for swimming and feel like wanna have more fruits since i still have more allotment for breakfast so i came again to restaurant. And a staff came over me and said didnt you have breakfast before? I said yes, so? Yes, mam breakfast only once. Breakfast is for two persons, right? I said to him. Yes mam but for different people. Oh, is that any rules for it? After that i knew his name is Apin according to the staff names Tika. And he is also the same person who had ever asked me to get my own drink.
For me their hospitality is very poor. They need to get hospitality course. Unfortunately the hotel is good but become very bad because the staff don’t know how to treat their guest.
The hotel is chain hotel which have their brands all over the world and they suppose to train well their staff before they go...

My brother and I came to this hotel because it is near from airport and I thought it would be convenient, BUT ITS NOT! Here are the reasons why I dont recommend this hotel. I came at night (~around 11 PM). The security was nowhere seen. It was my first time in Pekanbaru, not to mention, the hotel's surrounding was rather dark I had 1 booking code with 3 rooms included (mine, my brother's, and my friend) under my friend's name. He happened to come earlier and he already told us that he didn't take the key access. At first the receptionist (male) said, there wasn't any guest under that name, after moments later he said there IS, but my friend already took the key card. I asked him to give me the second (back up) card, but he said "sorry sir, there is none". I had to call and wake my friend up in the middle of the night, AND SURPRISINGLY THE KEY CARDS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE, on the receptionists' desk. Overall we had to wait more than 30 mins just to check the guest name and looking for the key access. Once I entered the hotel room, the AC was leaking, I already asked the receptionist to call technician, and guest what!? the technician arrived the following morning while I had to go to attend my friends' wedding. IT WAS VERY INCONVENIENT. I don't know if the security was supposedly to stand by inside the hotel, but there wasn't any when I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. I wanted to park in the vip section (and willing to pay additional fee), it all went well until I entered the lobby, and the security told me not in a nice way to move our car. I mean, WASN'T HE SUPPOSED TO WARN US BEFORE ENTERING THE LOBBY!? The bathroom smells! Even though its cleaned while I was away, it still smelled.

Read moreI got voucher for 1 night to stay in this hotel. So i come with my friend to staycation in this hotel. And this is my first time stay in this hotel.||||Fyi, this hotel is close to airport. They have Pool in 1st floor. Restaurant in G floor (close to receptionists). They also have SPA. But unfortunately the dont have a gym area.||||So far I'm happy because they've good service and hospitality. And also its really clean environtment in this hotel.||||This hotel have excellent service, Friendly Staff in receptionists, Comfort and Cozy ( Instagramable on lobby area ).||||And i want to tell about food. In this restaurant you will see variation menu for breakfast. I was positive surprised by the execution and the taste with low prices.
