Please avoid this place. Worst place in more than 20 years of travelling. Asked for extra bed, they gave only mattress and asked an extra 200k while standard room cost only 450k. Gallon water was finish and owner asked to pay the new one. The room was dirty and we have to clean ourself. The omelette was dripping oil so I asked to change but the owner got mad and said we are not respectful and need to leave Bali. People was working inside our cottage so we had no privacy. Owner keep complaining that we paid the room very low so we have to adapt, but we booked in tiket.com and paid 900k per night for the cottage. So it is not cheap and also is not my problem if owner do not know what is their price listing in tiket. At the end we stayed only one night even if already paid for two night, and owner did not want to refund. She said she need money for...

Place was not cleaned. The packages of empty shampoo en conditioner were still there from the last gast. The bed sheets smelled bad and had a lot of staines on there ( not changed). Dead ants everywhere, in the sink there were at least 50 dead ants. Shower should get warm but the heater is broken, we had a tv but no remote. When we went looking for somebody there was nobody to find until check out time, this person doesn't speak english. Contacted the owner true booking and he said that i should have booked a 5 star hotel if i wanted something clean.
