Rindu Homestay — Hotel in Pulau Bali

We really enjoyed our time at the Rindu homestay! The place is quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for 3 days. The room and bed are big, clean and comfortable. The owners are really sweet and we felt as part of the family with them, we got offered a warm tea and cookies every night before going to bed. Even though the parents cannot speak much English, you can still communicate with them and they will share with you 😁👍🏼the son does speak English and is always ready to help! They also sell breakfast/lunch/dinner for affordable prices. We had lunch and it was delicious and a big portion (tea, mango and banana for dessert included). Food was somehow really heartwarming 🩷 the whole place looks beautiful! The town of Bangli is 15 minutes away with a motorbike, and the homestay is really close to many beautiful waterfalls. Easy to find, down a quiet side street. Large, clean room with big (king-size), comfortable bed & natural light from 2 windows. Clean shower room (with hot water), toilet & adjoining sink were not en suite but were right next door to the bedroom and private for my use only. The host family were lovely, really hospitable, offering coffee & tea and bringing me fruit and Balinese treats throughout my stay. The main host, Komang, speaks excellent English & French & knows a lot about Bali & local sights. They helped with easy scooter rental & restaurant suggestions & onward car transfer. Stayed at this Homestay for 3 nights and we had an amazing time spent with the family. The owner’s parents were there to take care of us on our first nights and were amazingly welcoming and friendly. The owner, Komang, was with us on the last night and even after a long day at work in Ubud took the time to talk to us for couple hours and made us felt even more welcomed. The food served there is excellent and can guarantee that you won’t leave the table hungry! Location was also really nice although they offer well conditioned scooters to rent.
