From the time we feasted our eyes on the architectural landscape and design it took our breath away. The staff are well trained, super friendly and warm. Upon check in we were shown around the entire property and its amenities. Staff used our names at every meeting, very personalized. Our room, Batu, was beautifully designed with our private pool. The fridge provided guests will daily complementary non alcoholic drinks and snacks. A burlap bag containing a sarong, slippers and incense was given as a gift. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries such as daily new tooth brushes. As there are only 20 units, the ability to remain boutique and intimate is achieved. The entire resort is build Eco friendly with its own waterfall and stream. Paddle boards available if you so desire. Most of the furniture is made from teak, total elegance. The owner, Dino, lives on the grounds and talking with him allowed us a glimpse into his original vision of this resort he calls home .

The food in the restaurant was delicious and a good variety available. Not sure what was our favourite as it was all gourmet. All food could be delivered to your room where we had a lovely private meal. Complimentary breakfast each morning provides the guest with a delicious variety of healthy options. Yoga was complimentary each day and the instructor was awesome. He truly provided a spiritual experience both in his Yoga and Sound Healing practice. We had a couples massage that was expertly administered and left us feeling rejuvenated.

The resort offers great drinks and a Happy Hours drink menu although I still found alcohol very pricey but that is everywhere on Bali. Everything is super clean and well maintained. Our room maid service even had turn down bed service and sprayed for mosquitoes. In talking with staff, it is evident they are well treated, well compensated and seem very content to work here. We had the couples spa treatment that left us feeling like puddy, so relaxed and happy. Our flight home was late in the evening so we’re able to checkout of our room but still use the amenities after checking out. The one thing to consider is to install some handrails as the walkways are somewhat precocious if you’re older. Overall, the great attention to detail is what makes this resort a 5 star. We are now reflecting on the sounds and smells of this paradise.

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the warmth and genuine hospitality of the staff, who made us feel like the only couple in paradise.

The honeymoon package was simply divine. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create the perfect romantic escape. We loved waking up to a daily a la carte breakfast, including the incredible floating breakfast in our private pool. It was a surreal experience to be pampered amidst the lush rainforest backdrop.

The Romantic Touches that Stole Our Hearts:

The honeymoon bed setup and seasonal fruit platter were beautiful surprises in our villa, and the Ulaman Exclusive Gift left us with a delightful memento of our stay. The private romantic dinner with local wine was pure perfection, as was the 60-minute Balinese couple massage that melted away all our stress.

My wife and I came here for four nights on February 8th, and after touring the northern portion of Bali, we chose to extend our stay for another four nights from February 19th to February 23rd, 2023. From the moment we arrived, Komang was kind and friendly, kicking off our vacation in a professional manner. We were escorted around this magnificent gem before being taken to our lake villa, which had a hammock in front of it. Staying in nature and hearing the sound of a waterfall were very soothing to your spirit. Every morning, we were greeted by Devi, Dwi, and Cha-cha, a cheerful and enthusiastic staff. These ladies bring so much enthusiasm and happiness, and they start your day by treating us like true VIPs. Bagus behind the bar made our time at the bar so memorable as we sipped our fresh coconut drinks while listening to the sounds of nature in the background. We spent our romantic evenings at Cacoon, where the owner was happy to serve us a 5-course meal, which was a special request. Even on the last day, we had another 5-course, 5-star meal. A one-of-a-kind chef is in charge of the restaurant, and the food is excellent and fresh. The spa facilities are excellent, and we also got traditional and stone massages, which were both fascinating.

My wife would attend Konstan's morning 8 a.m. yoga classes because he genuinely enjoys teaching yoga and the energy he brings is out of this world.The view from the cacoon of nature and the bird's chirping sounds is like a slice of heaven.

I even joined my wife for Konstan's sound healing class, which is an experience not to be missed.

We stayed at the Sky Villa for our final four nights and couldn't get enough of this hidden beauty in the jungle with its own natural water fall. This is a 5-star experience that I would definitely return to.
