This place may be great if only was not misleading with advertised price. ||We responded to a fantastic promotional rate and booked 8rooms for various dates over 4 nights.||When my girlfriend (19years old inexperienced traveler ) arrived the hotel demanded extra $33 and refused to honour the confirmed booking. When she explained she does not have the budget for it and demanded to receive confirmed booking for the booked price, the staff verbally abused her and one even loughed at her and made fun of her. When I rung them I got more abuse over the phone and declining to honour any of our confirmed booking. Regardless of the circumstances they showed no concern about the approaching night and well being or safety of my girlfriend and left her stranded in the middle of nowhere.||I have lodged a complaint with booking.com . As they totally ignore the issue we have lodged a complain with fair traiding and contacted a lawyer for further action. ||Very unhappy to post negative reviews but this was just a horrible experience especially for my girlfriend who endure the fury of the staff.||Umadhatu manager tried to blame us in an attempted “letter of appoogy”||Apparently a mistake.||Once , maybe |but 3 separate emails for booking over many hour for separate dates under different names seems like straight forward|missaleading advertising.||Lure you in middle of nowhere and charge you extra on the spot as you running...
Read moreI give them 5 star on all parts. Not that I stayed long but because they helped me out and probably saved my life for a big part!
I came in very dizzy because I had to stop driving due to feeling unwell and dizzy. I arrived at the lobby confused scared and shaky asking for a room because I didn’t feel well. At a point i couldn’t stand anymore they walked me to the room.
After realizing I was unwell they brought me food after I asked. They luckily checked up on me and saw me getting worse.
The day after I still wasn’t able to walk or stand and asked them for an ambulance in wich they immidiatly took action. They carried me with 3 people into the ambulance and even one of the staff members who was a friendly soul stayed with me to be sure I was not alone at the hospital. After that even the hotel owner came all the way from Denpasar to see me straight in the icu.
After a friend of mine came they knew i wasn’t alone they where reassured I was in good hands.
Still they kept checking up on me trough what’s app and even send me flowers!

Read moreSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! We had to leave at 2am as we were eaten alive by BEDBUGS ! I run to the receptionist and there was nobody. Only one security who also doesn’t know what to do. He tried to call the manager but no response. Luckily i came with motorbike , and the closes doctor was about 1,5 hour away near canggu. The next day i called them and the receptionist said : the manager is not here , he will call you back But no one ever calling me back ! Sending them email, call and contacted agoda and no response! Until the third day i lost my nerve and calling them nonstop , telling them that im gonna report them to the police and sue them !!! finally the irresponsible manager sending me message (but have no balls to even speak on phone) I can’t believe how this place even got permits to operate?? And Agoda allowed them to be in their platform after so many terrible reviews All the good reviews are definitely fake as all are by local name that can be by their own employees Believe the bad reviews !!!
