First and foremost my family and I would like to say thank you for having us. We have truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Made and her staff have been nothing but amazing, kind and wonderful for taking care of us. They have been nothing but welcoming and very attentive at our needs. Mr. Eric and the other driver have kept us safe and secured while driving us around. They really do know their ways around Lovina and was very kind to tell us the great spots to venture. Mr. Ketut was nothing but amazing in taking us to see the dolphins and what an experience that was. One of the amazing memories I will never forget for sure! Had an incident in the morning where my 71 yrs old mom fell due to faulty chiller leaking water all night. When addressing the incident to the owner, he seems indifferent about it. When i finally said that at least you could said or express an apology for such occurrence, at one point he said its not the owner fault that the equipment broke down and caused that. (while i think its his responsibility to maintain it). The housekeeper even said that its been faulty all this time (why dont you remove it then?).
