Awesome cottage..the room is enough for family.. staff is friendly,polite,and helpful Room is neat,light is quite dark Bathroom is elegant,just have minor spot but still okay Cottage is quite far from main hotel but it's okay cos there are alley from cottage crossing pool,spa,gym, tennis court, Pool is large,good view restaurant is delicious but not many variant available cos we came too late at 9am The package said 2people+2 kids are free,but kid more than 6yo will be charged 50% With not many variant it's not worth it But overall we enjoyed our nights at Le Dian Hope we can stay for next in here and have many promos😁 2nd stay in Le Dian tried Executive Double Room...Check in is very fast .staffs are very polite from security, receptionist etc... got 3rd floor with swimming pool view with balcony..best view in this hotel.. room is quite big...bathroom is okay but smaller than cottage size TV have many channels..Aircon is cool...bed is quite big..sofa is okay... But there is ants..our fault cos our kid not finish their tea and ants is very fast huddled the remaining tea.. Swimming pool still our best... Breakfast still not have improvement... kids more than 6y will be charged 60k..I prefer to order by Grabfood.. Overall we enjoyed our 2nd stay...

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Le Dian Hotel. My room had a broken air conditioner, which made my stay uncomfortable. It was incredibly hot and stuffy in the room, and I was unable to relax properly. Despite bringing up the issue multiple times, the staff was initially slow to respond and failed to resolve the problem.

Initially they attempted to fix the air conditioner, however it was not properly resolved, and I was left feeling frustrated. I contacted the staff again, and it took them over an hour to come and check on the problem. By that time, it was already 9 pm in the evening, and I was exhausted. They offered to move me to an alternative room, but I was disappointed that they didn't offer this solution earlier.

To make matters worse, it seemed that the hotel staff was aware that the air conditioner was faulty, as the service personnel stated that it had been in use for over 15 years. Despite this, the hotel still assigned the room to guests, which was unacceptable.

Overall, my experience at Le Dian Hotel was disappointing. I would avoid to stay to this hotel again until they improve their facilities and...
