Bumi Gumati — Hotel in Sukaraja

This is not an everyday hotel with regular guest. Mostly occupied by groups. Suitable for group/business event with lots of participants. Say that for a meeting, small conference, outbond activities, etc.||Location. It is far from city (it is located between Sentul and Bogor. Small roads, narrow at some point. You have to be careful and watch your GPS closely. It can be reach through Sentul. Than after exit Sentul Selatan, you make a left turn and let your GPS guide you. It is a perfect place if you organize an event and wish all the people are staying until the end of the meeting. Because literally difficult for people with no car to get around. So, they cannot escape your meetings.||The rooms are actually big, comparing to its economical rate. Cleanliness, is an issue. When my groups are there, several room was not cleaned properly. At one room, the hotel failed to see that there is still unflashed toilet. It is so disgusting and quite diaturbing. No central AC, only split AC. Oh ya, they still using manual keys and only gave one key for each room. ||Nightmares continue becase at one night the electricity are cut off for 2-3 hours. I just amazed, how can a hotel did not have a back up power generator. And could let their guest sleep in total darkness without AC for more that an hour.||The landscape are actually nice. The hotel has a garden, semi-out door restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, ample parking space, nearby reataurant and waterpark.||The food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are actually good. Tastewise, i have no complaints. But the cleanliness of its cutlery is awful. You have to check every time to see whether your plate is clean or not before using it. In my personal opinion, this ia unacceptable especially in a hotel's restaurant. ||To wrap up, i wont come back to this hotel especially for personal/family vacation. But for office/group event, i still can condsider to return with lots of notes to the management before reserve and signed...

We used this hotel for a small 2-days internal meetings.||You need to manage your expectation if you wish to stay at this hotel. It will indeed NOT a Marriott or Ritz experience. Absolutely not with the price you pay :)||The road to this hotel was very narrow. I used a sedan and still I need to be careful if I passed other car. So please be prepared if you use a bus. It would indeed a struggle.||The good thing when we first entered the hotel location was that there was a huge water playground (water-boom?). It would indeed a plus point if you are here with children.||The meeting facilities were quite standard and a bit humble. The meeting room we used (in the ground floor) was a bit dark but everything was working OK, for example: the AC was chill, the sound system were working well, water was served sufficiently. The toilet was not really clean and there was a leak when we were there, nevertheless it got fixed the next day. Coffee break and also meals were also OK. Again, it was a humble one but the taste was still acceptable, no complaint at all.||I did not got the chance to stay overnight as I had to attend other meeting at night so I drove back to Jakarta at night and drove to this hotel again the next day.||Please also note that although it is located in Sentul, it is not yet at the hill so please do not expect a cold temperature.
