Renjana Beach House — Hotel in Sulawesi

For rooms were clean and tidy. But i can only give 3 stars since some of the springbeds weren't covered by mattress protectors, also on Bunaken room, last night was a quite heavy rain and my room was leaked by rain water in the door until entering the room. The doormats already wet heavily so i had to secure my floor room using body towel. Some of the rooms also leaked by insects so probably the management can improve the room facility including insect killer lamp.

Facility in the Villa were just so so. I got dissapointed when some of the floaties were already leaking so we couldn't enjoy the free facility provided (i ordered social package) also the internet WIFI provided by the Villa couldn't reach on Bunaken, Banda and other 2 rooms behind them. It only could be reached on Flores room. So probably next time the WIFI coverage can be fixed. Also for the stairs to enter the hidden beach can be fixed the soonest since i asked some of the staffs it already broken 4 months ago. Too bad we couldn't enjoy some of the facility attracted in the social media. Another important matter was the smells of septic tank in front of Villa was quite annoying.

The view provided in the villa was very nice.

Staffs team were all nice and fast response.

Breakfast and dinner for the package was only served with 1 type of menu and we couldn't...

Pemandangannya sangat bagus, lokasinya bagus berada di area yang cukup jauh dari hunian warga sehingga sangat tenang.

Beberapa hal perlu diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan terutama kebersihan pada area kitchen dan pool, mengingat harga sewa cukup tinggi sehingga ekspektasi dari penyewa pasti akan menyesuaikan dengan harga yang dibayarkan, saat kami dan rombongan menginap di Renjana area dapur kotor, kompor berminyak, zink berlumut, peralatan cuci mohon diganti, banyak kotoran cicak di pinggiran zink dan di dalam lemari2 cabinet, lalu ada bau busuk yg cukup mengganggu, kami laporkan pada petugas yang berada di Renjana namun ybs juga kebingungan mencari sumber baunya.

Kemudian untuk pool perlu dilakukan vacuum rutin karena terdapat banyak pasir dan batu2 kecil di dasar kolam.

Makanan atau sarapan yang disiapkan sangat beragam dan enak-enak, hanya saja jam penyajian mohon di review kembali agar dapat lebih awal disajikan, pada saat kami menginap sarapan baru ready di jam 08.45 pagi yang mana untuk kami itu cukup telat.

It was such a memorable staycation.. I was staying at Bunaken room. The room is comfy with breathtaking views. Overall the staff are very friendly and helpful. So it’s highly recommend to stay here. I will definitely back here...
