Good modern hotel with very good view from room to lake Toba. Too bad the beds are infested with bug beds. Our whole family suffered from plenty bites when staying on 2019.

Revisited again on Dec 2020, bringing vacuum cleaner for bug beds. Not sure whether the bug beds have been dealt at or our vacuum cleaner was effective, we didn't suffer any bites this time. The hotel has been renovated in few places, notably the receptionist and it now has proper restaurant. The food is good, but a bit pricey and slow.
