Simalungun city hotel — Hotel in Sumatra

This hotel should be banned from any online booking services. I arrived at the hotel after a long trip only for getting an answer that the hotel has stopped operating for more than a year. I made a reservation and my payment was confirmed. But, the staff said that the hotel management already reported it to all online booking services. However, I checked several reservation sites, the hotel is still listed for reservation. And staffs I met there were not really helpful at all and just said that the management already changed and nothing they could do about it. I was so enraged...

This hotel is a good news in the middle of nowhere in North Sumatra. Facilities especially bathroom, however, need significant improvement considering the mayor--and the owner--frequently has his guests coming and stay...

Dapat yang gedung kutambaru. Bagus dan nyaman. Petugasnya ramah. Lingkungannya enak, asri, segar kali. Sarapannya enak (dapet nasi goreng telur ayam, semangka, teh/kopi, air putih). Ada teko listrik untuk yang mau minum teh/kopi. Tempat tidurnya nyaman kok.

Gak ada air panas untuk mandi. Gak ada AC yaa gapapa sebenernya soalnya udah dingin kali. Agak jauh posisi parkiran ke gedung yhaampyuun. Gak ada supermarket juga di sini, jadi kalo mau beli apa gitu agak jauh ke indomaret/alfamidi. Trus lampu tamannya cuma beberapa yang ada, jadi kalo dapet kamar yang jauh lagi agak seram sih pas jalan...
