MERR 57 — Hotel in Surabaya

It should be 0/5 not even 1/5 because there's no 0 star rating 😡 The room is very small, really bad smell fr, at first they gave me another room but it had problem with the toilet (smell really really really bad and dirty, water is not clean too), then i requested to change and finally the next room was still the same (smell worse than the last room 😡 and the water is really weak from bidet), not just that, the water from s shower was so diígusting (when i just turned it on, the smell really digusting but i thought it was from the toilet smell, but no, it's from 100% the water's shower, smell like sewage). I rent and paid for the whole month but couldn't stay there so i had to rent another hotel. . Plus, the staff had really bad attitude too, really rude to my friend when we asked and talked, when we went out, the staff always looked at us like we did something wrong, really uncomfortable! The enviroment around there is bad too, too much dust, we just left our bike there 3 days but the dust sticked on the bike like we left it there for a year! Wasted money and the worst experience i ever spent....

Hi, i want to share my experience for two nights stay at this hotel. Actually the workers are kind but unfortunately the bed uncomfortable for me and my sister maybe because i'm sick too. But don't worry about toilet, it's nice and has water heater. When we're checked in, we've to deposit 100 thousand rupiah and returned when we check out, but when we're wanted to check out the deposit are gone. He say, we don't have your money. Thank god, after several minutes he gave me back the money, even though i gave him two 50 thousand rupiah and he gave me back one 100 thousand rupiah.

saya dari tanggal 27-28 di sana ga banyak ngelakuin hal, banyak minus nya ya untuk yang mau nginep di sini coba di perti.bangkan dulu... AC NYA BERISIK BANGEEET, walau mubgkin ga semua kamar tapi saya dapet kamar yang ace nya mungkin rusak apa gimana ga tau, nunggu dingin nya lama banget jugaaa KAMAR MANDI KOTOR+RUSAK, bayangin aja baru pertama cek kamar mandi udah ada KODOK NYA!!!! ITU KODOK VENERAN WOIIII!!!... trus sower nya udah retak ga tau ya kenapa, buat air panas nya juga engga panas lebih ke anget dingin dingin sih. FASILITAS APA ADANYA, bagus sih ada tv nya tapi setelah mau ganti saluran tiba tiba mati udah putus jaringan nyaaa... trus ada meja yang di bawah cermin itu pas saya lagi ngaca tiba tiba laci nya COPOT WOIII, bukan salah gw ya soalnya pas gw cek emang paku nya udah ga ada satuu tapi di biarin gitu aja, cermin nya juga kotor banget ga tau bekas apaan itu trus ada meja kecil samping kasur, itu apaan woooii udah penyok ga kuat nahan beban idup

tapi menurut gw sendiri sih udah lumayan sama palayanan dan lain lain kayak udaha ada galon di luar bisa ambil sepuas nya tempat sampah di luar kamar ga tau apa lagi, paling ya......
