So this hotel has been around for quite some time but surprisingly, they survived the pandemic and were able to maintain the cleanliness of the room, receptionist and other facilities around the premises. There is a basement parking lot but seems like it's not being used as most hotel guest will park their car on grounds level, and the rest will just use their shuttle service.

This shuttle service serves the hotel guests to and from the airport on an hourly basis. You need to inform them ahead of time as they will take note of your room number.

Breakfast is considered ok among other hotels with the same stars, plenty of choices ranging from rice, porridge, bread, etc.

Room wise it's quite ok, only a few things that need improvements, such as the flow of cold water & hot water on the sink is not balanced, too much hot water and the flow of the cold water is barely there, hence the water gets too hot quickly. Some other is the sound of a water droplet which we couldn't find the source, it's subtle but it can be annoying for some. If you're staying until Monday morning, you might hear a sound of the maintenance as I think they carry the work during the weekday, when most guests are already headed home.

However, one of the reasons you should consider this hotel is the location and the distance to the airport which is so close. It took only around 7 mins to go to the airport without traffic.

This is my second time staying at a hotel under the Orchardz chain, and once again, it does not disappoint.For a rate of just over IDR 500,000 per night (after taxes), I’m very satisfied with the facilities and service provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the lobby were quick to assist—helping me unload my luggage from the car and kindly bringing it up to my room.The receptionist was also very friendly, and despite the check-in area being quite busy at the time, the process was fast and efficient.The room itself was very clean and comfortable. It’s clear that the hotel has been recently renovated—the furniture and overall interior look fresh and new. Amenities in the room were complete and more than adequate for a pleasant stay.Breakfast was varied and satisfying, with plenty of options available. I stayed in this hotel 4 times during my trip in Indonesia this year.|The room is nice clesn and spacious with very reasonable price. The breakfast is great with a lot of choice and nice fruit juices. The staffs are all nice and friendly from housekeeping reception restaurant and drivers.|The most important for me is the airport shuttle service. They organise the pick up anytime of arrival while some hotels only every hour. I find their airport shuttle is very professional, effective and easy to communicate directly with the driver via WhatsApp especially the driver Panji. on my first time arrived at International arrival at terminal 3 where the pick up point is bit difficult to find. But Pani explained it well with with pictures and pick up location that I could find it easily after a long flight.
