Only about 20 min from Sri Pintan terminal. Hotel is very convenient and stuff is fantastic. Pool is very good (about 30m*10m) incl. kids pool, but pool surrounding area is pretty narrow so for taking sun tan you need to sit on stone fences, which is ok. Rooms are partly renovated. New rooms are pretty modern while non renovated look a bit outdated, yet both are good to stay and air condition works well. Internet in the hotel area is everywhere but signal can be rather weak. Restaurant is good and food prices are a bit higher compared to near-by street restaurants. The hotel has a few cars for free shuttle services. Booking them is easy and a car is normally available within an hour. You can use the free shuttle to travel near by, thus for example 500 Lohan temple you need to pay extra about 230,000 Rup. A car is always needed because walking along the road side is not nice due to lack of pole-walks and traffic. Even getting across the street will take some guts. Hotel gym is a bit hot and equipments are packed to one cornet. I am sure hotel will make some adjustment to the room because it has potential. Very good and plenty breakfast, ask for eggs.

Definitely recommend, good standard service I would give 4 stars, but they saved our holiday, so 5 stars! Very kind, to reschedule our payed booking since I made a mistake in the dates. Most hotels would not help at all in Indonesia, is our experience after traveling in Indonesia for a year. But at this place they were really nice. Now some things can improve; Shower mount is broken. Floor mat is to old so more dirty than it cleans the feet. Door hendel is broken, literally loose of the door. Button for small light at bed is same button for big light at ceiling/door. Strange. So can’t jus turn on small light only. But 9 switches at bed for all lights, even the tv, so very nice. I heard they do renovations so probably these things will be solved soon. Good amount of tv channels for tourists. Price is very decent, including breakfast, shuttle bus and good WiFi. Unfortunately, we all 6 of us, found the breakfast so so. Not very tasty. Here and there they really should use some better/more/different herbs. Kids really really loved the pool, which was the reason for us to come here. We’ll come again!

The hotel room is clean and very spacious. I like the morning breakfast buffet, enough variety and very tasty. The staff are very friendly and made your feel at home. Have tried to ordered their otak2 as afternoon tea snack, it was very delicious that I had to order extra to bring home as oleh2.

Just came back from two nights at this wonderful hotel. It may be a little rough around the edges, and the facilities could certainly do with a bit of a face lift however, what it lacks in glitz and glamour it more than makes up for in customer service and friendliness. We are just an average family, but the staff there made us feel like royalty.Nothing was too much trouble and no requests were turned down. Our lack of fluent Bahasa wasn't too much of a problem as some of the staff could speak English. One of the most relaxing places we've ever stayed at. Rooms are comfortable with air-con, tv, kettle, tea and coffee, and a bar fridge (with 2 bottles of water provided each day.. The rooms have a wet bathroom, which means no partition between the shower and the rest of the room. Toilet sippers are provided, so no soggy feet! The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was absolutely immaculate! Restaurant and room service are both 24 hours, and the food was wonderful. Breakfast is included and, although there was not a huge range in the buffet, in the interest of not having too much food wasted, think the amount was just right. Mostly Indonesian food but some western food offered as well. There is a shuttle bus which can take you to and from the ferry terminal, as well as to Rimba Jaya, the big food court and night market, which was a lot of fun. Both of these buses are free. As there is no real public transport to speak of, you will need to hire the car and driver to go to some locations, but the price was very good. We did this a couple of times and the drivers were very happy to go wherever we asked them too. The driver who brought us back from Rimba Jaya even stopped for us so that we could buy some fruit on the way home! We will definitely be going back to enjoy the lovely Indonesian hospitality, and the beautiful smiles of all the staff. Such humble but lovely people. They even gave us gifts when we left! Forget the high-end resorts, this hotel...

This resort was a ripoff. All the nice pictures you see are old. Almost everything is broken. Our cabin was super dirty as if they haven’t cleaned in years. The sheets were dirty and had stains, the towels were used and just rolled up like if they were cleaned. The air conditioning and lights kept on going out. The restroom had a leak, you could hear rats on the roof at night. We woke up with tons of bites all over our body from the dirty beds. The windows don’t close either, and we saw a big spider just crawl in from there. There was NO customer service, they didn’t bother to make any sort of effort to accommodate to your needs. When we tried to ask for the things they were advertising like fishing, bike riding, kayaking, canoeing, and a few other things. They said that they didn’t have it and it was broken. They only had one pink canoe and it had no oars except for a broken stick and it didn’t balance. In the restaurant you will get spicy spaghetti everyday for breakfast, so if you have children who don’t eat spicy food, they will starve until noon. You will also have the exact same food for lunch and dinner everyday, so if you don’t like it, good luck. When we left, they came to our room with zero supplies to clean and they just did the bed and took the keys to get ready to give them to someone else. We were so disgusted because we had just stayed in a room that hadn’t been cleaned and who knows how many others have stayed in that same dirty room. We payed a very high price per person and we were ripped off. We were so disappointed. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE! The pictures on the website are OLD! They were taken when it first opened because most of the cabin’s roofs are caved in and not safe at all. The look of the island is so different from the...

We stayed in Bougainville, spacious room with nice terrace, but smelly linen n towels, leaking ceiling, everything was broken and dirty. Body soap felt like liquid detergent. Forget about the other types of room on the list, they are in the worst state imaginable. Sun loungers were soggy with rain water and dirts. Submarine boat didn't operate. Staffs were neglectful, didn't bother to make efforts. Used cups and glasses were left dirty on the table since we arrived, despite it being in a place where everyone passed. As guests, we felt more as a disturbance being there rather than anything. Didn't go for snorkelling nor diving, unsure of how serious they are in safety after seeing the state of everything around the island.||||Still, all meals are provided, Indonesian style, not bad, but drinking water is only provided during meal time. We were lucky to bring our own bottles. No ice, no coffee.||||The resort should have just closed, not worth any penny, let alone the TOP price that we paid, IDR 1,735,000 per person per night. Felt like being scammed. They literally have spoiled the experience to enjoy beautiful turquoise sea and stunning sunset, really.||||Definitely...
