It's really sad to have to pay off even since we haven't received the room keys.
We went to this place during a rainy season, which expectedly you will encounter rain at any time. With a group of 268 people, we travelled through a quite narrow street which was a challenged for a 50 seater busses to walk through. The hotel promised to escort the bus all the way to the hotel, but it was really unprofessional and obedient to drive, the guards did not wear helmets and did not wear shoes, very unhelpful and even caused severe congestion.
At first when we arrived, the view was looking quite nice and green. One initial concern was the staff were quite passive. Our participants were neglected at the parking lot for quite some times without knowing where our event took place. Secondly, it took nearly 1 hour to transport all of our participants to their room, camps, barrack - with a very limited seats of golf cars ( 1 golf car can take 3 passengers), not to mention if it ran out of battery.
Amenities were quite limited like a 3 star premises, with soap and shampoo dispenser, standard stuff like toothbrush, handsoap, tissues are available if they didn't forget. I have to ask several times before it came complete. Hairdryer pretty much suck - no power, no heat - it will take ages if you have big hair. Hot shower barely available if you happened to stay in a fully occupied villages. Expect to get freezed or no shower at all. Electricity plug were also limited, they only put 1 plug inside the wash basin with a T-Jack, just make sure your electronics didn't get short circuit while you're plugging. They put a coffee maker inside the room - again you have to plug it in inside the wash basin area.
The management only care about how much money they earned without thinking of the service level!! Business is Business, but in the hospitality service if you do awful services, people will only come once and that's it!!
So, with the price for at least 2 Million per night, 3 star hotel service, Bad Management Behavior, Money Oriented place, this place is so not worthed when you want to have an employee event. You can get other surrounding hotels with more reasonable price and more experienced with service.
We felt that we're being cheated by such unprofessional services!! So, if you have any group activity, I suggest not to choose this hotel!!!

I would like to share my experienced and feedback when we stayed at your resort as follow :
Me and family plus 1 kid were stayed on 15-17 February 2019 and booked Superior bungalow (can accommodate up to 6 paxs). The number is 312 if am not mistaken. When we get there, it was raining and for sure the bungalow is very nice decorated. However, what make us upset was there is a leaking from to top of the ceiling near the bathroom close to air conditioning machine. My wife reported the issue to your front office desk several times (3 times for exactly) but sad, no one come to our bungalow to see it until I called by my self to ask your Manager. Thanks God, the manager (Mr Nana and Mr Heru) came and see the problem. He then instructed the resort engineer to come to our place and fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the leaking came from the upper platform of the bungalow and cannot be fix during raining. Your two Managers were decided to find another place for us as replacement but there are no more same bungalow available because of fully booked. Then, they decided to relocated me and family to tree house not far from our original place. Their team helped us during relocation process with all our stuffs. I would like to send my appreciation and compliment for Mr Nana and Mr Heru who were very helpful and gave their best effort to ensure our family vacation seamless. They showed a good customer service attitude and behavior. Good job for both of them. Feedback about the resort : In general, your resort is very good and nice. But, I urge you to do regularly check on rooms facilities especially the the bathroom shower, toilet flusher and etc to make sure all of those equipments are work properly. As of the tree houses, you have to check whether any leaking from the trees during raining because of it could make the room area flooded if not properly sealed the gap between the tree and the roof. Hope my feedback can make better improvement in the future and I will tell my friends and relatives about your nice place as their recommendations place for family holidays.
Warm Regards

Read moreComming here for a post new year getaway with my family.
The road access to come here is small, a typical small bogor road but the road is fairly good. Just use a google map and it will take you with ease.
When you arrived, there are two parking space, upper ground parking space and a lower ground parking space. If you park at the lower ground, don't carry your thing alone to the lobby area. It's far and there's a steep climb. Find a security and ask for a mobile cart.
The service in here is good, but you need to be proactive to ask for help, especially in the peak season. Medium complain for the room service call, need to call for about 1 hour just to get my call picked up. You guys need to improve this. It's a big no no...
The room condition is ok and well maintain. In the tent room you will have a double or twin bed and four sofa bed. So it's a nice room for your family.
The breakfast taste is ok, but for the price point, i expect more variation.
For activity, in the area there's a free acrivity and a paid one. But they initiate a game every night and the prizes are free paid activity vouchers. Very nice... but then again the price for the paid activity is fairly reasonable.
For activity around the resort, you could go to the cinangka waterfall and a Hindu temple there.
Final verdict, this place is promissing, and I will recommend you to bring your family to come here for a montain escape option than puncak. The best catch for this place is, to come here there's no trafic jam (not like puncak), and not too cold...
