We stayed one night here on 6 July - 7 July 2021. Certainly the things needs to be improved about hospitality here: Employees are not welcome and i could see they didn’t have any proper procedures (or training) from the guest parked the vehicle until checked in to the room. i.e.: the employee informed to drop off the luggages at the lobby but receptionist said no need to drop-off and I could drive my car to the top at the restaurant with the luggage’s and nobody helped me to put all the luggages back to my car. I saw someone also have smoked inside the lobby… is it allowed to do so for smoking there? After I parked my car in front of restaurant, still nobody helped me to bring the luggages to the room (pool villa no. 2). Nobody or no security stand-by at the gate. I need to stop at the front gate and move the cones by myself when I drove out from the hotel. Missed information about breakfast whether it could be delivered to our room our we should go to the resto. Receptionist said it could not be delivered, when I asked the resto crew on the next morning (7.45 am) the meals were not ready yet and they would deliver it. No information inside the our room, what time the breakfast is… After all these things I experienced with, I asked receptionist to connect me with hotel managers (include my wife DM’ed the Instagram account) however nobody contacted us.
The highlights of this place: Resto crew for dinner and breakfast were good. Room was okay and clean. Minor problem was the heater did not work but we could accept it. The scenery was great, we could see stars at night and ocean view at day.

Read moreWe're staying at family villa with ocean view pool. The design and interior of the villa & the view from our villa is nice, but the rest are dissapointing.
Staff are not well trained, they're nice but not professional, no welcome greeting & service is quite poor.
The building & furniture are not well-maintained, some already rusty & sofa is also broken, it's very uncomfortable. The fridge power cable is "uniquely maintained" and might be a bit dangerous for family with babies.
Linen are OK but the towels are NOT, there are some yellowish spot on the towels like it's been used to clean a rusty iron.
Pool don't have filtration system, so if you stay for more than 1 day (we spent 3 days), the water will get a bit dirty and there's nothing the staff can do about it.
Water heater are using LPG, sometimes work sometimes not, but when you use it there will be a stronh smell of gas leakage, it's quite dangerous actually.
And last thing... don't expect the staff to clean up the room nor adding the complimentary water bottle in your room, it's not part of their job...

After that, problem with flushing toilet, still problem when the technician solve temporary, when we want to checkout flush still problem. big problem was at night, when we want to sleep, the bed was broken, after i check below the bed didnt have plywood along side of bed to hold it around head of the bed, i can not complained that night because the kids already sleep early. Problem still continues after i check out at reception, i asked the girl at the reception, roomboy for helping us to bring baggage etc. But no roomboy show after 30 minutes, whatsapp no response. After more than 30 minutes i go down to restaurant to find someone to helping us... I think i dont want to stay at this hotel again. Oh ya one more thing, for 1.2 million rupiah / night with very simple breakfast like that, i dont think its appropriate, please ...
