Shabestan Hotel — Hotel in Rasht

it will be a big miss if you think you are booking a 4 star hotel ( as i did ) , its only a five story building with around 1000 SM area with nothing to meet a 4 star hotel . we had planned for two day stay in Rasht but in respect to one night stay in Shabestan we left Rasht at 9:00 o'clock next day as we had breakfast ( please pay attention we entered Rasht 23:00 o'clock). as i mentioned we entered Shabestan at 23:00 o'clock , there were only two staff in hotel and i am really sorry for this hotel ( i am had to name this building hotel )that we could not have any tea or even hot water when we entered hotel . i should add i had paid more than of the city only 5 star hotel( Kadoos ) for Shabestan . if you need only for a bed to sleep this hotel can be a nominee but not at all recommended , it will cost you more than of 5 star hotel . our room was not clean in a range of 4 star hotel but it was acceptable as a guest house ,the only item that may bring you an imagination of a hotel is restaurant which in spite of limited range for breakfast may bring you a touch of hotel . please pay attention to my photos mainly to one which shows the lift which shows lift of restaurant from the room )n ||generally not at all recommended except there is no other selection .i was going to forgot , there is no parking area in hotel , you should park your car in...

Not a place to recommed! The service is pretty poor and the management does not seem to have much experience within this field!|They are good in discussing with the guests trying to convience us that we are wrong. Roomservice were rude and not accomodating. Our room was nit cleaned until 5 pm and when we complained, they starting informing us that the staff are done for today and are leaving, Very strange! And when I complained about that who is giong to fix the room and change the towels, they got affended!! Do not even try to book there! It is too expensive for what you get! No compensations were made, no apologies from the management! Nothing! And the day after eferybody was acting strange! They are not good on informing you about the simple things going on there. There were 16 rooms total and I blieve 3 of the rooms were occupied including ours! Too poor! Not going to recommend...

Shabestan Hotel is cozy and comfortable, the staff's treatment was excellent and the room was clean and comfort except for the bathroom which should be better. Room service and quality of the coffee and foods were great. It is located at the heart of the city.|Except for the bathroom, the only fault I can find is the breakfast, which was very, very minimal to the extent that it didn't even have tea or coffee, only boiled water and only one type of tea bag and instant coffee, for example, the only choice for bread was toast and lavash (Traditional persian thin bread), but the breakfast room was very clean and tidy and the quality and taste of the food was nice especially the lentil soup was very tasty.|In total, I give it a score of...
