Words cannot express how utterly disappointed I was with my experience at 360 restaurant. Despite the breathtaking view, the service and food quality fell far below the standards expected from a five-star establishment. From start to finish, it was a regrettable and disheartening affair.

To begin with, our ordered dishes arrived separately, completely disrupting the communal dining experience we had hoped for. It was a red flag that hinted at a lack of coordination and attention to detail in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the disappointments continued to pile up.

The chicken wings I eagerly anticipated turned out to be undercooked and raw—a truly unappetizing sight. As if that wasn't enough, another chicken dish arrived at our table with feathers still attached, displaying a shocking lack of cleanliness and proper food preparation. Even the chicken alfredo, a seemingly simple dish, was served cold, which was a clear indication of negligence in the kitchen.

To add insult to injury, the non-alcoholic mojito we ordered was a complete letdown. It was sour to the point of being unpleasant, as if it had been overwhelmed by an excessive amount of lemon. Such a disappointing drink only added to the mounting frustrations of the evening.

What made matters worse was the bill. We were taken aback to find that a diet soft drink, which was listed on the menu for a steep $3, was actually priced at $4 each. This kind of price gouging is inexcusable, considering the actual cost of the drink is less than $0.30 in regular markets. It was a clear indicator of their dishonest and opportunistic practices.

When we raised our concerns with the staff, they arrogantly deflected responsibility, blaming management for the issues we encountered. Their lack of accountability and refusal to address our concerns only heightened our sense of being scammed and deceived.

In conclusion, I strongly caution against dining at 360 restaurant. It was a deeply disappointing experience that left us feeling cheated and dissatisfied. With so many better dining options available, it's best to seek out establishments that prioritize both impeccable service and delicious food. Don't waste your time and money on this subpar...
