Fortland Hotel — Hotel in Erbil Central Subdistrict

Dont stay in this hotel. Ever! Where do I start! The bathrooms are filthy! There is mold in the showers! The bed sheets have stains and hair! The staff are disrespectful and practically running the place! When I told them to change the sheets they wouldn't because "there's nothing wrong with it" There is no towels in the hotel! They said that the breakfast starts at 7 am but the food came at 8 am! When we told them that there is no food in the restaurant they said "well maybe this is what the hotel can afford" Worst....

I spent 3nights in this hotel and saw a lot of cons starting from the unfriendly staff and their rude behavior to the dirty/smelly couch in the room, also the breakfast issues .. 1)It should start at 7am as they said, but it delayed 30min. 2)there is no variety, only eggs and cheese. 3)it was super cold at 8am, so they don’t reheat it only if you ask them to. The only pros they got are 1)good location....
