Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Erbil 32 Park — Hotel in Erbil Central Subdistrict

One of the worst experiences ever in Erbil! The hotel in general was very unclean. The room, abeit spacious, had many issue and was not very clean with hair everywhere the minute I was given the key. The design of the room was off as shelving were not the standardised hights and conference rooms had only 1 or 2 electricity outlets.

As for the food, it was mediocre at best.

The morning service staff much better than that of the night one. The hotel itself had many uncomfortable looking people and is certainly not for families to stay in so please be aware.

One of the best hotels i ever been to. The staff are amazing a real gentleman, so respectful & helpful people. Even the security are very serious in there job and so polite. Regarding the accommodation, the rooms are so clean and healthy the room service are superior, for 5 days i never had to request anything missing. Internal Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Gym everything clean and ready to use. Beyond all the smiles and greetings from the staff made my day. I recently visited the hotel for their breakfast buffet and was very impressed. The variety, freshness, and taste of the food were excellent – a perfect way to start the day!

I want to especially thank Chef Ibrahim, who was incredibly kind and attentive. You can really tell he puts care and passion into his work. Every item on the buffet was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully arranged. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.
