If you are reading this review you have found the most beautiful, most amazing cottage. Our time there was an adventure of a lifetime. Pause reading, check the calendar, and book immediately. The cottage was perfect in every way and the hosts were outstanding. Prior to the trip if I asked any questions they replied within an hour. I am from America and have been to Ireland seven times and this was the most beautiful scenery I have seen. It was above and beyond my expectations. The cottage is literally steps away from the Wild Atlantic with the most beautiful shades of green grass with sheep literally across the street from the cottage. There is also an ancient bee hive on the property. Looking out of any window in the cottage you will be in awe of the beauty. Cathal, the host will send you a book filled with the most valuable information to make your stay outstanding. They truly go above and beyond. We were a short walk to some of the most beautiful beaches, hikes, and views we have ever seen. The cottage has a half front door so while you sit in a comfortable chair in the den by the fireplace you are literally looking at the beautiful sea. The cottage is spotless, has great furniture, and is well appointed. It is equipped with everything you will need. We stayed two days and could have stayed an entire week. I recently stayed at this charming cottage with three friends, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we booked, Cathal, the host, was fantastic—super friendly, quick to respond, and always happy to help with any questions. Communication was a breeze, which made everything stress-free.

The cottage itself exceeded our expectations. While the pictures were already beautiful, the reality was even better! We arrived late at night, but the key retrieval instructions were clear and easy to follow. Stepping inside, we were welcomed by a warm and cozy atmosphere—a real treat, especially for someone like me who’s always cold! The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and just had that perfect homey vibe.

Our time there was truly relaxing. We loved chilling with a good book and having long chats by the fireplace—it was the perfect little escape. The peaceful setting made us wish we could stay even longer. Overall, it was a perfect countryside escape, and we’ll definitely be back.
