I had an amazing stay at Master Bat Yam!

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the laundry room was super convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe and modern. Everything you might need is right downstairs—there’s a 24/7 supermarket, a butcher shop, a coffee shop, and several restaurants. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and public transportation is easily accessible.

Even though there’s no traditional front desk, the staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. You communicate with them easily through WhatsApp, and they reply quickly—often faster than hotels with a full reception. There’s also staff on-site who take care of cleaning and help keep everything running smoothly.

A special thank you to Yelena, the manager—she was truly amazing. Every time I needed something, she helped me in the blink of an eye, like a genie granting a wish! I once asked if the hotel had a scale so I could weigh my luggage before heading to the airport. They didn’t—but Yelena called her husband, and he brought one from home immediately. That level of kindness and effort was beyond my expectations.

Paloma was also very kind and helpful. The entire team made me feel completely at home. I’ll definitely recommend this place...

We stayed here four months ago and loved it so much sonqe decided to give it another shot. Most second chances, especially when you had such good experience, are set for a letdown and when we arrived we thought that was the case as well. We git a different room and it wasn't quite as perfect as the first one and we started thinking of checking out and try a different place. And its not that the other room was not grear, it was simply not what we expected.. and then Yuval stepped in, he was so understanding and empathetic to our situation and after a significant effort, he succeeded to make our second stay even better than the first. I think we have found our place for as long as they stay that incredible, we would probably only stay there when traveling to the center of israel. Its worth staying there and traveling anywhere in 50 kilometers rather than trying to find a place that...
