הגענו למקום בעניין של בחירת-" דקה- 90 " { כי מקום אחר שרצינו להגיע אליו הייתה בתפוסה מלאה.} לא ידענו שמלון- " קרלטון " שומר שבת. אממה.... היו שם גם אורחים לא שומרי שבת. למוטב לציין שעשינו הזמנה זה שישבת כולל{ א. בוקר.} הגענו לקראת ערב למלון. הגענו בברכה ובאווירת השבת. לאותו ערב ישב שם פקיד קבלה צרפתי. הכול סודר, הכל טוב. פתאום הפקיד אומר לנו{ במפתיע} " יש ארוחת ערב עדין. אתם יכולים עדין, ללכת לאכול אם ואתם רוצים. אתם יכולים ". { ש-מה זה טעות שלו לומר לנו את זה כי זה לא נכלל בהזמנה שלנו.} או.קיי........ עלינו לחדר, היינו כמה דקות והחלטנו לרדת לחדר אוכל. אנחנו נכנסים ו....... מישהו שעבד שם, בדק את השם של: בן- זוגי. הוא הלך, לקבלת המלון לברר את העניין. מה שאמרתי מלכתחילה הטעות הייתה של: פקיד הקבלה שקיבל את פנינו. אז לאכול א. ערב במלון לא אכלנו. בסוף יצאנו, מהמלון והלכנו לאכול בחוץ! חזרנו מאוחר למלון. עלינו לחדרינו והתחלנו לשמוע רעשים וצעקות ילדים ובנוסף { דיברנו שזה בכלל=-" מלון קלרטון החדש "? לא שום דבר לא התחדש ואין שום פריט שמראה על משהו יפה או כל דבר כ- זה או אחר. זה נשאר מלון:" קרלטון " הישן.} דלתות נטרקו, מפה ושם. וגם החדר שהזמנו היינו צריכים בעצמינו לסגור את הדלת בטריקה וביציאה לסגור בחוזקה מה שמעיד: ששום דבר לא התחדש. דלתות ישנות שצריך לסגור בטריקות ולעשות רעש......?? מאיפה נשמע דבר כזה......? ושוב, פעם רעשים בשעת ליילה מאחרת של ילדים. { לא לעניין בכלל!!} או.קיי....... דבר אחר שנתקלנו בו זה: המקלחת. ממש בושה. { בושה למקום, ולאורחי המלון זה בושה וחרפה.} ממתיי בשנת - 2022 צריכים להתקלח עם פתיחת הזרם מלמטה.....? הדוש לא עבד בכלל, פקק לאמבטיה גם לא היה. איך מתקלחים ככה........? מה זה אמור להביע.....?? לא לעניין בכלל הדבר הזה. זה מתחת למינימום של בית - מלון אפילו שהוא יישן. ואנחנו, שבאנו כזוג המיטות היו נפרדות אבל חיברו אותם שיראה כ- " מיטה זוגית ". לא נוח בכלל כלל וכלל. שנעכנסנו לחדר החדר ניראה יפה ל-" מראית עין ". חבל, חבל מאוד. הארוחת בוקר של שבת בבוקר: הייתה מגוונת, ועשירה. { בדר"כ, בבתי מלון יש ביצים קשות לא. בוקר.} פה נתקלנו בחביתה לא אכילה בכלל. הצהוב של החלמון היה קרוש, ללא טעם. חביתה מקושקשת בלי טעם ובלי ריח. ג'חנון צבע שנרקאה כאילו-" שרפו " אותו לא אכיל. קשה כמו אבן סלע. { לא לטעמי .} בן זוגי טעם מהרביולי גבינה ואמר שזה מאוד טעים. טעמתי יותר מאוחר מהרביולי. השקשוקה ש-" ישבה לה ", ליד הביצים המקושקשות נראתה לא לא אכילה וכזו- מסכנה. בסוף הפס החם היו בורקסים. ממש טעימים. זה היה כמעט הדבר היחיד שהיה ראוי למאכל והיה סופר טעים { אכלתי 2 בורקסים!!} היו מאפיי גבינה בצורת פרח לא רע בכלל. דווקא טעים. היו קראווסונים שניראו אכילים. בר סלטים עשיר, ומשובח עם הרבה כל טוב. לחמים מכל מיניי סוגים. פינת קפה שבצד ימין היה 2 סוגיי קורנפלקס. צד שמאל - הקפה, תה { סוכר, וקפיות ומים חמים} היה מיץ תפוזים טעים מאוד. לטומו של עניין, אני מסכמת את חווייתי האישית ובן זוגי לא הכי כייפית שבעולם. המלון טעון שיפור גדול בהחלט. לחזור שוב..........? ממש...

We were there for a weekend, the staff is nice but clueless, every question i had at the desk was met with "not sure", "i dont know", i expect a willingness to solve my problem or answer to my questions. They didnt have this sign for the door for cleaners not to enter, we locked the door after the cleaner was about to enter and she used her key to open....very disturbing that the cleaner heard us lock and carried on unlocking, yes i heard her say that we locked and her manager told her to enter anyway, the rooms are below average, broken handle, old dirty shower handle and cap, scratches and this old weary look to the furniture, spider webs on ceiling, etc. The food was tasty and nice, parking is terrible, they have limited space and prefer to give to workers instead of us that paid around 1500 shekels a night, the hotel is at best 2 stars and definitely not...
