Hotel Christin — Hotel in Überetsch-Unterland - Oltradige-Bassa Atesina

This review is about the bar not the hotel. Some background first: I was waiting to pick up a person at the station and was really looking forward to a briosche and capuccino. However, the briosche was not fresh but reheated from frozen and the capuccino was not done with fresh milk. Given my knowledge of the area, that is renowned both for fresh milk and pastry, the quality was very disappointing. It sufficed simply because I was hungry. That said I was still willing to give 3stars but not for a total price of 4.7euros. Two stars is in-line with my experience today. I do wish the owners well for the future providing they: Align price to quality Use only fresh produce. Be more willing to smile. We asked for a coffee and the chance to use the toilettes. We were told the bar was closed (on a Sunday!) without as much as a faint smile or an apology and we were told to go to the toilet across the road, at the railway station (which was disgusting). If we wanted a coffee we could have gone to the center of town! ||This despite having clients sitting and having coffee and breakfast in the patio right in front of us. ||||I understand you maybe closing the bar (a step away from the furniture of the reception) but courtesy and business acumen would suggest you treat any potential customer as a valued one. Tempo di permanenza dalle 23.30 alle 9.15 un incubo!||Hotel comodo perchè è attaccato alla stazione dei treni di ORA , permette facilmente di raggiungere Bolzano. Se viaggiate con cani è meglio evitare questo albergo, camere con moquet che scricchiola ad ogni passo, l'arredamento degli anni 60 , per non parlare della simpatia / pazzia della proprietaria. ||Al telefono per la prenotazione ti dicono che non c'e da pagare per l'animale che si può tranquillamente portare in tutti i locali . Appena arrivati ,però aggiungono che se trovano dei peli in camera o sul letto sono 20 euro da pagare in più, non mi soffermo nel descrivervi le condizioni di queste preziose lenzuola , tutte bianche a macchie gialle. Chi viaggia responsabilmente con un animale sa che deve portarsi un lenzuolo per non sporcare i letti o con la sua cuccia per farlo stare piu tranquillo possibile, avrei voluto portarmi le lenzuola anche per me. Per fortuna si trattava di una notte sola. Alle 6.30 del mattino iniziano i via vai del Bar , per i clienti dell'hotel invece la colazione è dalle 7.30 alle 9.30, pensando di creare meno distubo possibile arrivando verso la fine dell'orario per fare colazione (9.15) , fatto il check out si erano fatte le 9.25 , quando alla domanda della titolare se ho fatto colazione o meno ho risposto di no che appena avremmo finito sarei andata e per cortesia le ho chiesto se andasse comunque bene se mi fossi portata la mia cagnolina , la risposta è stata NO.. CI SONO I BAMBINI..senza avermi offerto un'altra alternativa o proposta, me ne sono dovuta andare a far colazione nel bar di fronte. Sicuramente viaggiare da soli con un'animale è più impegnativo, ma farsi tanti problemi per una BETTOLA è ridicolo.||Se non sapete gestire la clientela con gli animali, non offrite...
