Almost everywhere in the mountain pastures between Rosengarden and Latemar you eat well. The quality of South Tyrol's agriculture is amazing: the products, if they are not of origin of the hutte itself, are fresh and come from local producers of trust. The menu is always similar, the dishes of the Tyrolean tradition, but every chef from each hut interprets them in a different and original way, a bit like a musician interprets a piece of classical music. The chef of this hut is an artist. The speck dumplings were perfect the tasty broth, the mushrooms with polenta and cheese were fragrant and with an intense taste in the mouth. The meadows around the hut are beautiful and the place can be reached with an easy walk of half hour walking slowly. Che dire, io da turista sono di casa, estate ed inverno... Passo Oclini è molto bello perché è un posto a misura di famiglia, con un piccolo comprensorio sciistico adatto anche ai bambini ed un albergo con grandi terrazze soleggiate, bar e self service direttamente sulle piste. È presente il noleggio sci molto ben gestito da una famiglia del posto sempre attenta alle esigenze dei clienti (sempre soddisfatte appieno senza alcun problema) con materiali di qualità a prezzi onesti. Io per mia figlia di 11 anni già da anni noleggio solo qui l'attrezzatura per tutta la stagione. Qui si trova anche una bella pista per lo sci di fondo. Chi non scia può fare una bella passeggiata verso Malga Gurundin, battuta e sempre aperta anche in inverno. Stesso discorso in estate, si può passeggiare molto di più, per esempio verso Malga Isi oppure ad ammirare lo splendido panorama del Butterloch, un canyon davvero interessante circondato da splendidi boschi purtroppo rovinati dalla famosa...
