My stay at Relais Colle Buono was nothing short of outstanding!

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness that made me feel completely at home. The service was personal, attentive, and truly exceptional.

The private sauna (available for a small extra charge) was an incredible treat, the perfect way to relax and unwind in total privacy. Waking up to the breathtaking morning views over the hills was unforgettable, peaceful, beautiful, and uniquely Italian.

The restaurant deserves special mention: every dish was outstanding, made with fresh local ingredients and full of authentic flavor. You can really taste the passion and care that goes into the food.

What a great hotel and estate!! If you are looking for Tuscany without the crowds and a calm, quiet place then this is it. The hotel overlooks a large vineyard and valley making for gorgeous views with mountains in the distance. It is rustic with a gym and a spa. They have a lovely pool with the most pleasant views and the service was excellent. The restaurant was also great. We do recommend having a car due to the rural location if you wan to go to Sora or another town or eat at a different restaurant. They do have a driver who dropped us off at all of our scheduled tours and wine tasting experience (we booked via Italy Luxury travel agency which may be why) which was so nice and helpful. They also upgraded out room to the executive suite which was large with a huge living room, small kitchen and lovely corner balcony with a view of the pool and entire valley. Such a little slice of paradise. Massages were also great. Would love to go back! If you are looking for rustic, rural, quiet and peace this...

Mi dispiace,è troppo comodo buttarla sulla percezione e la soggettività del gusto! Vi definite un ristorante Gourmet, ci avete fatto credere che avremmo mangiato un certo tipo di pietanze,ma non avete rispettato affatto quanto pattuito. "Lo chef" aveva anche preso appunti..ma a che pro? I cannelloni erano secchi e poco cotti,le tagliatelle, stracotte,ammassate nel piatto condite da una specie di ragù che assomigliava più ad un frullato, la carne?La Delusione più grande..si era deciso con "lo chef" di mettere un nido di verdure del vostro orto vicino Alla "BAVETTA DI MANZO AL BBQ CON KETCHUP DI ROSA CANINA E SENAPE SELVATICA" ...AHAHH..mi viene da ridere..già a leggere il piatto l'aspettativa è alta..anche la prova menù era stata all'altezza della descrizione del piatto..la carne era un burro..invece quello che ci è stato servito sono stati dei pezzi di carne talmente dura da non poterla masticare,con accanto una porzione di patate e peperoni..tutto letteralmente BUTTATO A CASO NEL PIATTO! La "tagliata di frutta " è diventata una triste macedonia messa in una ciotolina..tipo quella che ti servono in ospedale,la frutta non aveva neanche un buon sapore!GIURO..Avrei voluto fotografare ogni piatto, purtroppo non si sarebbe evinta la pessima riuscita delle pietanze, ma quantomeno avrei mostrato la scarsa, per non dire inesistente cura con la quale sono stati presentati i piatti, VERGOGNOSI appunto! Vi ringrazio davvero per aver reso un giorno che avrebbe dovuto essere di gioia e relax, un giorno che ricorderemo come l'esperienza culinaria peggiore di sempre! Grazie per la pessima figura che ci avete fatto fare con tutti gli invitati! Non so dove sia il problema ma vi consiglio vivamente di risolverlo!anche se sono sempre più convinta che di fondo ci sia stata assoluta noncuranza. Se non vi ho convinti io potete chiedere a uno qualunque degli altri invitati, ma ribadisco che ane avete avuto evidenza dal fatto che i piatti sono tornati indietro ancora pieni! Mi dispiace davvero, di solito non mi piace infierire, mi dispiace perché qualcuno ha lavorato e si è impegnato..ma solo qualcuno..perché la cucina ha fatto pietà. ADESSO POTETE DIRE TUTTO QUELLO CHE VOLETE, TENTARE UNA GIUSTIFICAZIONE,UN ALIBI,SMENTORMI,OVVIAMENTE PERÒ SAPETE BENE,IN CUOR VOSTRO CHE AVETE SBAGLIATO, A VOI STESSI NON POTETE MENTIRE. Sono così arrabbiata e delusa che non posso lasciare correre, né posso lasciare che altri vengano raggirati e trattati con tale pochezza,non avete avuto rispetto per il cliente. Avete fatto quello che volevate nonostante gli accordi fossero altri. Aggiungo anche che se avete assaggiato i piatti la cosa è più grave di quello...
