From the moment we arrived, Francesco made us feel like we were visiting an old friend rather than checking into a hotel. On a particularly hot afternoon, he welcomed us with a refreshing cold drink, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. Throughout our visit, Francesco was incredibly helpful, offering excellent suggestions for itineraries and pointing out hidden gems that provided the best scenic views. His deep knowledge of the area and his warm, genuine nature made our experience all the more memorable.

We stayed five days, our family had 3 rooms during. We had bad luck and we had too many issues. The problem was that the Hotel did not solved anything during our five days stay. The hotel has ONLY 11 rooms, if something is wrong with your room, you are not getting another one as the 11 rooms will probably all be occupied, so good luck!.|| Background : we have visited Italy 3 times, Sardinia 2 times, Portugal 3 times, Spain 2 times, Japan 2 times, France 2 times, UK 2 times, Mexico 3 times, Turks and Caicos 3 times, Croatia, Greece, Dominic republic, Thailand, Kuwait, UAE, Hawaii, Colombia, and others.||||I don't know how much traveling experience some of the people that gave this hotel a good rating had, but I was shocked at the difference between reality and some of the reviews I read before visiting this place||THE BAD||-Hot water in the shower came out so slow (It took forever to shower)||-Breakfast food is below average, not to say mediocre including the coffee.||-Ants in some rooms||-No remote control and no panel control for AC in one room (Either on or off)||-AC condensation leaked to the floor, we put a towel to collect the water and keep room dry||-Nothing, absolutely nothing within waking distance||-Neighbors seem to be a dog breeder, they have a ton of dogs. Three mornings their dogs went crazy and loud. We were awake very early.||-The refrigerator in one room made so much noise that we could no sleep. We unplugged the refrigerator to sleep||||OTHER MINOR ISSUES FOR US||-Mirror was broken in one bathroom||-Shower floor was cracked||-Pillows were very tall and hard (Hotel did not have other)||-Very hard bed sheets (They felt like sand paper)||-No cream or anything other than body wash dispensers in bathroom||-TV size was equivalent to a 15 inch computer monitor||-Toilet was wrong side and slides sideways||-Towel bar will come off went you pull the tower||-The bar that holds the curtains will come off if you slide it too fast||-A hill to move your luggage from the car...
