Porto Pino è una località bellissima, mare e natura mozzafiato. Ma se siete vegetariani (o avete esigenze alimentari particolari), preparatevi a qualche frustrazione. In più di un ristorante ci è capitato che ci dicessero che c’era posto, ma appena abbiamo comunicato che tra noi c’era una persona vegetariana… improvvisamente non c’era più disponibilità.

La cosa più assurda? In molti posti non esiste nemmeno un piatto base come una pasta al pomodoro. Nessuna alternativa, nessuna flessibilità. È deludente che nel 2025 alcuni ristoratori non sappiano (o non vogliano) nemmeno prendere in considerazione le scelte alimentari dei clienti.

Porto Pino meriterebbe una ristorazione più inclusiva e attenta. Perché l’accoglienza non è solo nella spiaggia, ma anche nel piatto.
