And you can cook and live. Our apt has a washer.|And you dry your clothes in the Tuscan air . Oh I love this place, beautiful antique furniture and modern conveniences. Big pool, lovely grounds |Filled with flowers and fruit trees. Well|Kept. Lots of Privacy- unique gem . peaceful- restful! Most apt can sleep 2-6 comfortably. We may BBQ this time! Yes and the owners family we had dinner ! Great time! This was our 2nd stay here|And we plan again next year- as it’s a perfect home base for Day trips far and near. ciao a tutti, scrivo questa recensione delusissima dal comportamento dei proprietari.||Esattamente una settimana fa sono andata a vedere il posto col gruppo dei miei amici per affittarlo per capodanno; due ore di strada per andare a farci conoscere e per scegliere al meglio gli appartamenti... Il posto veramente molto bello, per questo abbiamo detto ai proprietari che avremmo affittato sicuramente 3 appartamenti, forse 4, ma che appunto avremmo confermato il numero degli appartamenti nei giorni successivi. I proprietari ci hanno detto di non farci problemi perchè mancava molto tempo prima di Capodanno, e che non c'erano problemi neanche per la caparra, ma noi per correttezza abbiamo garantito anche il pagamento anticipato. Oggi, precisamente una settimana dopo, abbiamo scritto per confermare gli appartamenti e ci è stato risposto che dei ragazzi hanno affittato ormai già tutto, nonostante ciò che ci avevano detto. Siamo rimasti tutti molto delusi anche perchè, avendo sempre messaggiato tramite numero di telefono, e anche dopo le varie chiamate, non hanno neanche pensato di chiamarci per avvisarci. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, seit April 24 unter neuer Leitung. Das Team ist immer freundlich, gut gelaunt und behebt kleine Probleme sofort. Die Apartments sind großzügig und sauber. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch funktional. Es gibt sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Hervorzuheben ist, dass alle Fenster mit hervorragenden Mückengittern ausgestattet sind. Der Pool ist sehr schön und nur ein paar Schritte vom Apartment entfernt. Es stehen ausreichend Grillmöglichkeiten, eine Tischtennisplatte und ein kleiner Spielplatz zur Verfügung. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht und es gibt einen Waschraum mit 2 Waschmaschinen. Liebevolle Details wie eine Erstausstattung für die Küche (Schwamm, Tuch, Spülmittel, Tabs, Müllbeutel) und Flüssigseife in beiden Badezimmern, Citronella Kerzen etc machen das Ankommen einfach.
