The pictures online look pleasant, but the hotel is loveless. They try hard to make everything look good for the photos, but not for the guests.
The rooms are outdated and a bit tastelessly furnished. And cards or guest information maps are tattered and torn. The beds are much too hard. Neck pain is guaranteed. The doors are loud, you can hear every step in the hallway and the floor in the rooms is cheap (and loud) laminate, which is already peeling in places. The air conditioning is fixed and cannot be regulated from your room (you have to ask at the reception). The balconies are (depending on the room) all connected, so you have no privacy. I am afraid to help myself to the "minibar". Because while there are no prices for the minibar, additional bookings such as extra beds (50€), half board (205 € p.P.) and full board (235€ p.P.) are posted on the room door with astronomical prices for such low quality.
The breakfast... I don't know what to say about it. The scrambled eggs were green, the fruit was canned, the cereals over-sugared. The pineapple juice tasted like the canned water from the pineapple that was laid out. There are no glasses for the juice or water, only plastic cups. This is so bad for the environment. There were hardly any vegetables. The breakfast area is in the basement with no light and looks like a company canteen.
Italians are known for their love of food and I'm convinced none of them would eat like this. You get the impression that they hate...
