Hotel Gasthaus Edelweiss — Hotel in Burggrafenamt - Burgraviato

We spent only four nights here. The town is at the end of the road so it is very quiet. There is a very adequate store with food and supplies that you might need including nice rolls for hiking. The hotel is quite small but their suites are very large. We had a separate kitchen/lounge room from the bedroom. The bathroom had two sinks and a heated floor. The best part was the lovely view of the mountains and the daily return of the cows to the barn. They would wait by the fence to the path and then walk past the hotel to the barn. Every day several cows would stop on their way to drink from the water trough. That was great. The food was excellent. The dining room for guests was adjacent to the restaurant - very quiet. We enjoyed all the hikes we did...

Siamo stati in questo bel residence, trovato per caso su internet, ben due volte: la prima nell'agosto 2012 e la seconda volta un paio di settimane fa. ||Il residence è stato ristrutturato da pochi anni; gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, luminosi e ben arredati: le fotografie pubblicate sul sito internet rappresentano esattamente gli arredi e gli spazi. E' fornito di lenzuola, asciugamani, accappatoio e ciabattine. La cucina è dotata del minimo indispensabile (no lavastoviglie e no forno) e nel bagno c'è il phon asciugacapelli.||Durante il periodo estivo nel prezzo dell'appartamento è compresa la colazione che viene servita nel ristorante situato a piano terra, arredato con gusto: si tratta della classica colazione con yogurt, pane, marmellate, brioche, prosciutto, formaggio, cereali, ecc.. Con due bambini piccoli abbiamo trovato questa opzione estremamente comoda. E' anche possibile scegliere la mezza pensione: la cucina del ristorante è ottima. Il residence offre anche una zona relax con sauna, di cui però non ho usufruito quindi non posso esprimere un giudizio.||E' ubicato in una posizione che consente, ogni sera verso le 18, di vedere rientrare le mucche dal pascolo: davvero emozionante, certamente uno spettacolo cui noi non siamo abituati dato che viviamo in città!||Il residence è molto silenzioso, come del resto Plan/Pfelders che è l'ultimo piccolo paese della Val Passiria, altitudine circa 1.700 metri; è circondato da vette alte oltre 2.500 metri. Per poter accedere a Plan occorre oltrepassare una sbarra, apribile con un codice che vi verrà fornito se deciderete di pernottare in uno dei suoi hotel, residence, appartamenti. Questo accorgimento rende il paese di Plan unico!||A Plan esistono un minimarket, tre ristoranti (tra cui quello del residence edelweiss), una pizzeria, un piccolo maneggio, un impianto di risalita (cabinovia) e le informazioni turistiche.||Per la mia famiglia e per me questa località è davvero unica, abbiamo un ricordo speciale di questa vacanza: mi sento però di consigliarlo solo a chi ama la tranquillità e le gite...

Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub in diesem Hotel verbracht und müssen leider auf einige enttäuschende Erlebnisse hinweisen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden sowohl die Juniorchefin als auch die Seniorchefin des Hotels krank, was verständlicherweise in einer stressigen Situation zu Problemen führen kann. Die Seniorchefin wurde sogar ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert, was wir bedauern. Allerdings beobachteten wir, dass die Juniorchefin trotz eines starken Hustens weiterhin im Service tätig war, ohne einen Mundschutz zu tragen. Sie war sowohl in der Küche, am Buffet, hat Getränke gezapft, hat bedient und auch abgeräumt, alles ohne Mundschutz und ständig hustend. Leider haben wir kurz nach dem Urlaub ähnliche Symptome entwickelt und sind nach dem Urlaub sehr krank nach Hause gekommen. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass die Hygienestandards während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ausreichend beachtet wurden, was in unseren Augen ein Risiko für die Gesundheit der Gäste darstellt. Besonders in Anbetracht der Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre hätten wir erwartet, dass kranke Mitarbeiter Maßnahmen ergreifen, um die Ansteckungsgefahr zu minimieren. Wir möchten diese Erfahrung teilen, um andere Gäste auf die möglichen gesundheitlichen Risiken hinzuweisen, die durch unzureichende Hygienemaßnahmen entstehen können. Wir hoffen, dass das Hotel in Zukunft Maßnahmen ergreift, um die Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste besser...
