This is a stunning remodeled structure which maintained its principal historical details. The location is immersed in the greenery of the little village of Arlate, in the heart of the Brianza and close to Lecco, Como, Bergamo and Milan.

Immediately upon your arrival, you realize that your stay’s gonna be incredibly relaxing: great welcoming and attention for the client and a perfectly clean, spacious room with high quality bedsheet and bathroom fabrics.

The terrific hospitality is extremely felt when you run into a fresh fruit basket on the table. Near there, you learn that there’s everything to make breakfast for yourself: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, two types of cookies, water and many flavors of infusion.

How about this….. try staying here at least for a relaxing weekend and discover the beauty of this territory.

Thank you so much to Elisa who, during my stay, informed me about local events and recommended the most essential sites to see near there, such as the Arlate church. This church was built on a hill overlooking the Adda Valley, constructed in Romanesque style with the use of local materials: the "molera" stone of Brianza.

My best compliments to the property management who was able to improve this location for guests while preserving the magic of the place. AWESOME!

Beautiful place run by really nice people. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The property is located at scenic location and had a good parking space as well. Yasmin, our contact person for the hotel was very helpful in organizing our stay as well as finding restaurants to eat in. She even made reservations for us at the restaurants. In addition to the hospitality, the hotel is also well equipped with books, relaxing area and bikes for people who are a little bit more adventurous. The staff also helped us identify nearby attractions and in making a hiking route to explore them. The included breakfast service was also great! I would highly recommend this place for people who would like to explore...

Excellent location, very characteristic restoration of an old courtyard. Rooms are very finely fitted and very comfortable. I booked several rooms for the family of my wife for our wedding in Merate and they had a great time, enjoying also the beautiful and cozy common space in the middle. Great support from the team with all arrangements and fast communication by WhatsApp. Truly recommended for anyone looking for an elegant accommodation in this area, very green. Parking for cars is just few meters away in the town...
