Residenza Giancesare - B&B, Casa Vacanze, Country house — Hotel in Capaccio Paestum

Our family stayed at the residence last week and we had an amazing time. It is a beautiful residence in a beautiful area. We had a lovely room with all the amenities we needed to eat in if we needed to. The views are lovely and the swimming pool has a special mention as we all enjoyed it. Having the pool meant no need to drive to the beach at all.

The residence is situated in a quiet spot half way between capaccio in the mountains and Paestum by the sea. This gave us lots of options for eating out or food shopping. It was also just a little drive to Agropoli.

We will definitely be coming back at some point in the future. Laura and her husband were very welcoming...

Ein sehr schöner Ort zum relaxen und nicht weit zum Strand (ca.6 -7 km).Schöner Swimmingpool leider gibt es für die Anzahl an Gästen nicht genügend Liegen. Das Nebenhaus zur Residenz in dem wir untergebracht waren war sehr schön,super schöner Blick auf die Landschaft, man sieht auch das Meer.Nachmittags ist es aber leider nicht so gut auf der Terrasse zu sitzen weil man regelrecht von der Sonne gegrillt wird da keine Markise vorhanden ist.Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ist noch etwas ausbaufähig, es fehlt z.b. ein Föhn,die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein.Im Bad war eine Badewanne ohne duschvorhang was auf einem marmor Boden sehr gefährlich werden kann.Leider keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, aber die hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Laura hat uns ab und zu von ihrer Putzhilfe einiges in deren Waschmaschine waschen lassen.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber,neue Küche und die Gastgeber Laura und Stefano sind zwei Herzens nette Menschen,erfüllen jeden Wunsch wenn es möglich ist. Sie sagten uns alle Unterhaltungs Möglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten die es in der Nähe gibt .Sie kümmern sich sehr gut um die Gäste und haben sofort aufgeschrieben was ich gesagt habe was man noch verbessern kann,und einiges davon auch sofort umgesetzt. Alles im allem Super Residenz, würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Großes Lob und Dank an die Gastgeber Stefano und Laura für den schönen Urlaub in...

...sono senza parole, direi vergognosi, capacità imprenditoriale e gestione dei clienti che per la seconda volta sarebbero tornati ma che per problemi di salute hanno dovuto disdire, pari a zero. Incapaci di avere comprensione e rapporti soprattutto comportamenti elementari di bassissimo profilo. La sig.ra Laura è in cima alla lista, anche perchè è stata l'unico mio riferimento. Contestualizzando ciò che mi è successo ha adottato un comportamento infantile, inqualificabile con tristi ed elementari dialoghi. Per due spiccioli in restituzione come caparra mi hanno bloccato il telefono e il mio account mail in modo che io non potessi avere dialoghi e rapporti con loro. Probabilmente non sanno che esistono anche altri sistemi per mettersi in collegamento telefonico, una volta adottati li ho immediatamente smascherati all'istante. Poveri! L'unica nota positiva e paradisiaca è la loro fortuna che gli ha regalato una location da favola che solo madre natura può dare.
