The long driveway guides you into a green environment with a few buildings in front. This location is actually a sports complex with rooms and a great restaurant. Reception area isn't really an area, you just check in at the counter of the bar of this location. The atmosphere is relaxed as you might find everywhere in Italy. The difference with many locations is that this one is run by a professional team and anticipates on the demands of a modern traveller.|The rooms are nice and clean and have that touch of italian authenticity, but are foreseen of the modern comfort : space, a descend wardrobe and luggage space, wifi (descend speed), a modern bathroom with authentic features. (but a great spacious clean shower and room enough for 2 persons).|We arrived late and we were hungry. The restaurant being still open we took our chances. And what a delight ! This restaurant is run by the lord and lady of the house and a crew of young men to serve you at your request. The food we ate was perfect! A real coming home to Italian first class cuisine! The perfectly homemade Italian dinner. We paid about 120Euros for 2 people : 2 course meal with prosecco, starters, mains, wines, waters and coffee. A fair price for the quality we got! ||In the morning breakfast is served on the terrace : a vast variety of pastries (croissants and small breads), fruits, yoghurt, butter, cheese, cured meats, sweets and marmalade. Driving back from my home in Greece on way to the UK I booked this place as one of my two stops on my long journey. What a find! The photos and description on line do not do this place justice. It’s very sophisticated and upmarket. It has a tennis club, riding stables, small bar for breakfast and lunch and the most amazing setting for a restaurant. Arrived late due to late ferry and was given a lovely warm welcome. Quick change then down to dinner. I’m travelling alone with my pet dog but the owners were so warm and welcoming and the fellow guests made me feel at home. I immediately distressed after a long drive. The dinner menu is interesting and I chose rabbit followed by veal ravioli with sage butter, small cheese plate (which was lovingly described as to origin etc by the owner) completing my dinner with a trio of creme brûlée (one of which was licquorice absolutely delicious). Two glasses of recommended red and small moscato with pudding. The food is imaginative and delicious being beautifully presented and at a reasonable price. ||||My room was very comfortable, modern and stylish with ultra modern shower room. This place has style and because it has a tennis club attached loads of atmosphere from locals coming to play tennis. The whole thing is set in gorgeous countryside. Stayed one night on a road trip from Italy in October. The room was lovely and so was the bathroom.||my only concern was a lack of mosquito nets on the window and no air con which I found puzzling in such beautiful accommodation. ||It did not effect us as it was October, but in summer it could be a problem.||It was clean and the bed was sooo comfortable and the shower gorgeous.||The breakfast was served in the downstairs cafe by a lovely young man. It was delicious, but all sweet products which was a shame for my husband as he is diabetic, some savoury products would have been helpful.||A big bonus, its dog friendly, and my dog loved it there, plenty of space to walk her and she was allowed in the breakfast room.||We will...
