we came here for a holiday as a family of four, at the beginning the communication was fine but on our last day we agreed to leave at 7am but no one came and we waited longer than 2 hours to get back our deposit. eventually someone picked up the phone (at 9am, even though they are supposed to be at call from 8.30). the whole accommodation was kind of poor - no utensils or any kitchen supplies (for instance, there was only one fork and one spoon for the whole flat). we received one toilet paper roll for the whole week. we had to buy everything that's needed for daily routines. even though the residence has a pool, we were supposed to enter it only with a swimming cap which we were not aware of beforehand. despite the fact that from the outside it looks nice and clean, the inside of the flat is kind of dirty – including the mattresses and mold on the walls. overall we would not recommend choosing...

Il casale potrebbe anche essere bellissimo ma totalmente trascurato e allo sbando. Le prime problematiche le abbiamo avute subito dopo la prenotazione, abbiamo provato a telefonare per informazioni svariate volte per diversi giorni senza mai ricevere risposta, a vuoto sono andate anche le mail inviate. Se avessi potuto avrei disdetto la prenotazione e avrei fatto bene. Arrivati veniamo "accolti" dalla signora delle pulizie che da lontano ci urlava di andarcene e tornare dopo le 4 per il check in (si perché chi si occupa delle pulizie si occupa anche della reception, ci sta che poi sia un filo esaurita), ha rimarcato il suo pensiero a delle persone che stavano utilizzando la piscina (poi abbiamo capito che erano altri dipendenti) dicendo che lei le camere prima delle 4 non le dà. Il nostro appartamento oltre che sporco mancava di ogni minima cura: bicchieri in numero minore rispetto agli ospiti, mancavano stoviglie essenziali e pentolame, il forno non è utilizzabile, non c'è una moka, non c'è il phon. Il gabinetto era rotto e dovevamo scaricare con i secchi (hanno detto che il giorno dopo avrebbero provveduto....), la doccia faceva un rumore fastidioso che si sentiva in tutto il cortile, l'unico modo di utilizzarla era facendo uscire l'acqua con poca pressione. Avevamo 2 ventilatori entrambi rotti. Non esistono zanzariere e neanche disinfestazione. In giardino è presente un deposito di rottami, la piscina è sporca. Potrei continuare ma mi fermo. Peccato perché la struttura ha un gran potenziale che è...

Leider sehr entäuschend, die Anlage hat eigentlich viel Potential, aber ich will es nicht gut reden.

Die Lage ist ok, man hört leider die Autobahn. Der Garten war leider das einzig wirklich positiv... dort verbringt man aber dann doch nicht so viel Zeit, wenn alle Wohnungen besetzt sind und der Pool nicht im Betrieb ist.

Die Wohnung war dreckig und wirklich minimalistisch eingerichtet, es macht es dann leicht kontrovers das man dennoch etliche frische Dusch-, und Handtücher, bereit gelegte bekommt. Der Gasherd funktionierte nicht, es lag einfach ein laminiertes Blatt auf dem Küchentisch, auf dem Stand, dass der Offen defekt sei! Angegeben waren zwei Doppelbetten, in Realität waren es ein Stock-, und ein Doppelbett. Ah ja, der Pool, war seit dem Vortag defekt hat man uns gesagt, aber wird am nächsten Montag repariert (Ankunft Samstag). Als wir am Donnerstag abgereist sind, war der Pool immer noch defekt. Als wir uns an die Rezeption gewendet haben, wurde uns angeboten, dass wir auch einfach wieder gehen können. Nach ein paar Verhandlungen einigten wir uns darauf, dass wir zwei Nächte früher abreisen und diese zurückerstattet bekommen. Bis heute habe ich nichts mehr gehört und von Booking nur ein Mail erhalten, dass der Vermieter eine Rückerstattung nicht zulässt!
