Very friendly and welcoming staff, free parking, the outside of the hotel and the rooms look good and I love the art idea BUT that’s all good in this hotel. No sockets by the bed WiFi v weak TV not connected Electricity went off twice in 2-3 days while we were there Our last day there in the morning when I flashed the toilet water has started to pour from the flash button. Had to shower next door, again no electricity so no coffee in the breakfast included. All we got was “sorry! This normally doesn’t happen”. Kind of it is what it is and “can we please have the €4 city tax” - no discount, proper apology etc it’s not a lot of money €4 but the gesture; I would have been embarrassed after putting us through that (quickly picking our luggage from the floor and things so they don’t get wet, waking my husband up quickly etc) to ask for it but they are so money grabbers. They ruined Italy for us and we would never like to go there Motion in the room to go to the loo? Every time we woke each other up with that bright light. No sound proof- you can hear people next door talking, walking on the hallway No iron, no kettle, no coffee machine, no minibar in the room. I don’t know how they got 4*! It makes no sense to me If I will be offered free accommodation I still will decline as it spoils my holiday. A shame because the idea of an art...

In the first 5min of our arrival was a heavy noise next to our room, they got us another one. Same there at 11in the evening a lound noise again, the person at the reception "could not do anything, told us next door room neighbour is showering". NOBODY WAS NEXT DOOR, we saw the key an the reception. Same the 3rd day, same noise again at 9 in the evening, went away after 3 hours. If you want to sleep in peace, forget it you hear everything. Cleaning person just opens door, will not knock, just hope your not naked. On sunday the kitchen is closed, their bistro is open but you will get microwaved food. Food was from yesterday, half warm half cold. I had some penne, over cooked. Breakfast, also food from days ago. I saw mold on the annanas, i ate the day before. WE TOLD ALL THAT THE RECEPTION, she did not care, did not even say sorry just gave us the sum of our stay. Overall we will not be staying here again. Dont get the good...

The rooms are pretty and the overall Design of the Hotel is very nice. So was the staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. But there were 3 Things that I did Not appreciate at all: 1) motion detected light in the room. If one of the two persons needs to go to the bathroom at night, the other one's awake because the light is way too bright and there's no way to deactivate it. 2) the bed was hard as a rock. Not comfortable to me. 3) we could hear everything from people walking along the corridor to people flushing the toilet, showering or having a silent talk in the room next door. There was literally Zero noise isolation. In my opionion, you are very dependant on the other guests and If they're considerate or not. Otherwise, no chance of getting a goodnight sleep. I personally would Not stay there again, even though the staff was amazing, the room was affordable and it had...

Loved the unique use of graffiti and art thru out the building. Colours were electric and fun! Our room was shocking pink (theme was Casanova). Very cool. Dining room served good quality meals. Breakfast was fantastic, with a buffet full of delicious options. Room and hotel overall was very clean. Towels, bedding, beds were nice. Only comment was lighting in the room was a bit too dull. Great central location for our tour group to visit Verona and area.

Rebecca
