So, I was a little surprised just how crowded the beach was. I was told by the locals that July and August are high tourist season so the beach will always be crowded. That being said, it cost us 40e for 4 chairs and one umbrella. The water was a beautiful color blue but not as clear as you would expect. I did like that the waiters will come around with menus and u can place orders and they will bring to your chairs. Plenty of different options on the menus to choose from for lunch and reasonably priced. The view is beautiful. Like most beaches, there are pebbles so wear water shoes. The sea is incredibly clear, perfect for a refreshing swim or just floating and watching the sun play on the water.
It’s a bit of a pity that it’s turning into a lido, with lots of umbrellas and sunbeds taking over the natural charm. But if you go after 7:30 PM, like we did, it’s much calmer, less crowded, and the light is just magical. 🌅✨
