We spent Easter here as a family and had the most wonderful time. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience. Gio Toscana is not only a peaceful haven—it’s also a working ranch, where the passion for animals and the land is palpable. Gio, the owner, organises horse trails around the Tuscan landscape, and his love for his animals is truly moving. From his four beautiful dogs to the 12 horses, a miniature horse named Matilda, and even a baby donkey, each creature is cherished and cared for with visible devotion.

Staying at this beautiful ranch in Tuscany was an experience I’ll never forget! From the moment we arrived, Gio welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we instantly felt at home. The kindness and genuine care they showed made our stay incredibly special. The horses were simply amazing—well-trained, gentle, and perfect for riders of any skill level. Exploring the scenic Tuscan trails on horseback was a dream come true, with breathtaking views that added to the magic of the experience.Our last day’s ride with Patrick was the coolest:) The food was exceptional! Every meal felt like a celebration of authentic Tuscan flavors, made with fresh, local ingredients that showcased the best of Italian cuisine which made us go home with a few extra pounds . Our apartment was thoughtfully decorated, with a cozy, charming style that made it a perfect place to unwind. It was clear that a lot of care went into creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, if we only could have the dogs and cats staying overnight with us Overall, Gio, Patrick , Ariane , Greta and the amazing chef gave us the warmest, most wonderful experience we could have hoped for. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany with amazing food, great horses, and an unforgettable, heartfelt welcome from the entire team .We will come back...
