We are a family from Ukraine, with two children, who fleeding from horror of the war in Ukraine. We were incredibly fortunate to meet Fabio, who graciously allowed us to live in his wonderful house for two years, offering warm welcome and care throughout our stay.

Perched atop the picturesque Chianti hills, this villa boasts breathtaking panoramic views of vineyards, olive groves, and mountains. Explore the winding trekking routes that traverse the hills, bordered by lush vineyards and fragrant olive trees, drawing inspiration just as Leonardo da Vinci once did.

Nestled within expansive grounds, including a private forest and olive grove yielding luxury olive oil, this property offers a serene retreat. Visit during the olive harvest season (late October to early November) for a chance to participate and procure some of the freshest olive oil straight from the source.

Safety and tranquility are paramount here, with the entire area securely enclosed, allowing children to roam freely. In spring, the air is perfumed with the scent of cypress trees, jasmine, and thyme, while playful squirrels and hares dot the landscape.

The house features a clean, well-equipped interior, including a spacious ground floor with a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Ample storage space ensures comfort, with a nice jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms overlooking the olive grove. Outside, a sprawling terrace offers stunning forest and hill views, perfect for al fresco dining or simply unwinding. Pet lovers will appreciate the owners' welcoming attitude toward animals. With its tranquil ambiance, this property encourages outdoor enjoyment, whether it's a family barbecue on the terrace or exploring the nearby attractions. Kids is always playng football, basket and ride a bicicles. From the bustling cities of Florence and Pisa to the serene beaches of Marina di Pisa and Forte de Marmi, adventure awaits within a short drive. Easy to visit a lot of cultural experiences, Leonardo da Vinci's house and museum are just a stone's throw away, while Empoli's train station offers easy access to Florence's city center without the hassle of parking.

Fabio and Francesca's hospitality extended beyond mere hosting; they embraced us as part of their family, understanding our journey and offering support every step of the way. Their empathy and generosity made our stay truly special, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts.

Se state cercando un rifugio bucolico nella splendida campagna toscana, non posso che consigliare vivamente questo posto! Situato strategicamente vicino alla Superstrada, è il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le meraviglie delle colline di Vinci e delle altre affascinanti città toscane.

Appena arrivati, ci si sente subito accolti e in famiglia. I proprietari sono delle persone cordiali, sempre disponibili e pronte ad aiutare. Si percepisce chiaramente il loro attaccamento a questa casa e il desiderio di far sentire ogni ospite a proprio agio. La loro calorosa ospitalità si riflette nei piccoli dettagli e nella cura che dedicano agli spazi.

Inoltre, l'atmosfera è semplicemente magica: immersi nel verde, con i loro figli e i cani che gironzolano liberamente, ci si può godere la tranquillità della campagna toscana. Un’esperienza che scalda il cuore e rinfresca lo spirito!

As soon as you arrive, you immediately feel welcomed and at home. The owners are extraordinary people, always available and ready to help. You can clearly sense their attachment to this house and their desire to make every guest feel comfortable. Their warm hospitality is reflected in the little details and the care they put into the spaces.

Moreover, the atmosphere is simply magical: surrounded by greenery, with their children and dogs wandering freely, you can enjoy the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. It’s an experience that warms the heart and refreshes the spirit!

Il casale è immerso nella natura, pulito accogliente e con ogni confort. Fabio, è una persona eccezionale. Disponibile, gentile e pronto ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Posto ideale per famiglie, i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare in giardino. Perfetto anche per le coppie, il fuoco del camino ha accompagnato le nostre serate, rendendo il tutto ancora più magico. Cucina dotata di ogni utensile, esternamente c'è un grandissimo barbecue.
