My wife and I spent seven nights here on a half-board basis on a Riviera Travel holiday (Tuscany, Florence and Siena). ||It is a very good hotel, initially feeling a bit like a rabbit warren with its corridors. On arrival and throughout our stay we found the reception staff very helpful. ||Our room was of a good size with a large double bed, adequate wardrobe and drawer space, a table and chairs and a large flatscreen TV. The bathroom had a sink, toilet, bidet, bath and walk-in shower. There were flannels, hand towels, bath towels and pool towels. There were plenty of complimentary toiletries. Bedding and towels were changed daily.||Breakfasts consisted of a choice of fruit juices, yoghurts, fresh fruits, various cereals, breads, pastries and preserves plus a choice of coffees and teas. Hot food and continental meats and cheeses were also available. Dinners were included in our holiday and consisted of a set three course meal every night taken in a separate dining area; the food was enjoyable. For guests not on such a package holiday the restaurant offers a much wider evening menu.||The hotel has a spa and indoor pool, and also a nice outdoor pool with sun-loungers and umbrellas, surrounded by a grass area with tables and chairs.||Would we return if we were visiting Tuscany...

Read moreWe stayed for 3 days at this hotel. Location is good, there are restaurants, medical shop and shopping market nearby. Reception staff were good and had really good experience interacting with them. Had bad experience with staff. I think the breakfast was not extensive and the restaurant staff felt kind of rude. They didn’t smile a single time and didn’t seem to care when we tried to call them for help couple of times and happened all the days we had breakfast so i think its not just a day thing. Also one evening we wanted to get some dinner to room and asked restaurant staff about how we can get it. He said today we are super busy and may not be possible and asked to check with front desk. Apart from that we had a good time. Also the entire three days we didn’t see anyone of our age (around 35) in the entire hotel and everyone was looking at us like they were seeing people for the first time. These are my personal observations both positive...
