Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr schön renovierten alten Gebäude. Klimaanlage war vorhanden und funktionierte auch wunderbar. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Was allerdings nicht meinen Geschmack getroffen hat, waren die komplett antiken Möbel. Die Esszimmer Stühle waren total durchgesessen, die Sessel waren auch sehr alt und abgesessen. Die Pantry befand sich in einem Schrank- eigentlich eine gute Idee- war aber auch sehr alt. Teller, Messer.. etc. auf 4 Personen genau abgezählt. Keine Extras! Es machte den Eindruck, dass wenige Leute hier sich etwas zum Essen zubereiten. In allen Räumen waren nur Energiesparlampen, die nicht hell wurden. Deshalb konnten wir Abends nicht lesen. Im absoluten Gegensatz brannten draußen die Scheinwerfer den ganzen Tag! Unsere Taschen mochten/ konnten wir nicht auspacken, da es fast keine Möglichkeit gab bzw. in so alten Schränken fand ich es nicht angenehm. Das Spa haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da es für 2 Personen 40 Euro gekostet hätte und Kinder nicht erlaubt waren. Ebenfalls konnte dieses nicht spontan genutzt werden. Für Urlauber die weder die Küche nutzen, wollen und deshalb nicht gerne am Tisch sitzen ist es wahrscheinlich toll. Wir als Familie würden es an keine Familie weiter empfehlen.

Ein stiller Ort auf der höchsten Erhebung des Monte Maggiore. Nichts ist laut, die Aussicht reicht bis zum Horizont und in der Früh waren die Temperaturen stets angenehm kühl. Der SPA-Bereich darf in Verbindung mit einer Massage oder Behandlung für mehrere Stunden exklusiv genutzt werden. In 20 - 30 Minuten sind die schönsten Strände in der Umgebung (Fano und Pesaro) mit dem Auto erreichbar und Pizza zum Mitnehmen und leckeres Eis innerhalb von 1,5 km in Calcinelli (siehe meine Rezensionen auf Google Maps). Das einzige Zimmer mit Balkon hat irgendwo einen Zugang für Hornissen, welche stets ins Freie gelassen werden wollten (sie sind vom Temperament jedoch harmloser als Wespen; lediglich größer und klingen bedrohlicher). Manches im Appartement bedarf einer kleinen Reparatur, aber in Summe war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Toller Service und sehr freundlich. Unser Dank ergeht an Loris und Pietro!

Location moltooo bella!! Ci sono stato una sera con mia moglie per regalarci una serata di relax. Sicuramente da riprovare in estate o comunque quando ci saranno temperature più miti... Aperitivo con salumi ottimi, piscina con temperature dell'acqua perfetta, pulizia e ordine ovunque. Unica pecca e che se volete mangiare, nella saletta appena si entra dovete farlo vestiti e non in costume. Perché anche se è acceso il condizionatore, non riesce a scaldare la stanza e quindi fa molto freddo. Non bisognerebbe andarci bagnati, noi nn abbiamo usato la jacuzzi fuori perché faceva troppo freddo, ma era davvero molto invitante. Forse aggiungerei anche un telo da bagno, perché l'accappatoio e il telo in dotazione non bastano. Comunque un posto dove rilassarsi vicino e comodo.

The hotel is very nice - spacious rooms, rustic and romantic. You have both a seaview and the view on the other side of the valley and the mountains. The spa is very pleasant and you can really relax there. Garden is pretty and relaxing. We've spent a good 2-week vacation there. The town itself is small but very pleasant, and you have a 360-degree view from it as it is situated on the highest mountain in the area. You can make a number of trips from there - to Urbino, to the seaside, to "borghi più belli d'Italia" like Mondavio, Corinaldo, Morro d'Alba. The owner, Pietro, is very approachable and easygoing - he will do everything to solve any type of a problem or a request. He's a great host. To sum up, I highly...

A few minutes from the mountains and the sea, we chose this location for combining relaxation and plenty of opportunities for fun and sport, as well as visits to the historic art towns of Urbino and the famous teatre at Cagli. I was perfect for mountain biking in the beautiful surrounding hills, however the area is also famous for road biking, and you will see many groups of riders out every weekend. South of San Marino, and north of Ancona, this relais is easily acessable from Ancona or Bologna airports. The small mountain village of Montemaggiore offers stunning views of the sourrounding countryside. The rooms are delightfully decorated, clean, and quiet. Who likes Italy, would definitely love this place. It Is purest Italy in its best sense: with its authentic architecture, classic campagna interiors style, beautiful landscapes, gastronomic abundance, friendly and emotional people. Our room was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed during vacation. Here, they also have SPA, frescheria, vinoteca on site.
