Great views, average food, terrible service.

Party of seven and the waiter got the food wrong as he didn’t run over what we had ordered. After multiple attempts to add the missing dish to our order (we speak Italian & English so didn’t expect any communication issues) the burger finally arrived 30 minutes after everyone else had finished eating. Unfortunately this is the definition of a tourist trap. INCREDIBLE view that convinces you to come there, unfortunately once you see the menu you can tell thats all the positive about it. Foodchoices are obviously nowhere near local and very expensive - which with this view would be totally fine - but already look like mass production. I do not know about the rooms though I can tell you many things about the service as they are unfriendly and do not even know their own language and give me sugar instead of salt which destroyed my whole schnitzel. Then after I asked for salt a second time they gave me Parmesan and if you ask for more ketchup they only give you a small package with ketchup with only 10 Gramms
